With increasing oil price and environment pollution, especially in large cities, electric vehicles are getting to be more interesting than they were several years ago. Using electric vehicles in cities and large agglomerations lead to less pollution caused by common cars combustion engines (nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides, dust particles). Electric vehicles are more considerate to the environment than traditional cars even when the energy produced by non-renewable energy resources is used for their charging. The lack of the infrastructure prevents electric vehicles spreading. This paper describes standards and ideas how to integrate electric vehicle charger to the home area network. Home area network is a local part of SmartGrid network usually situated in homes. All devices connected to this network should implement several specifications. Basic requirements to charger properties are summarized.

We propose the first comprehensive in-depth study monitoring horses in the Czech Republic. We scanned 9,289 animals from 44 populations for 17 equine STRs. Other equids analysed involved Equus przewalskii and Equus asinus. The total of 228 different alleles were detected, with the mean number of 13.4 per locus. The highest allelic richness (AR) was found in the Welsh Part Bred (6.01), followed by the Camargue (5.93) and Czech Sport Pony (5.91), whereas the Friesian exhibited the lowest AR (3.06). Interpopulation differences explained approximately nine per cent of the total genetic diversity. Reynolds genetic distance ranged from 0.003 between the Czech Warmblood and the Slovak Warmblood to 0.404 between the Friesian and donkeys. Close genetic proximity between the Silesian Noriker and Noriker was revealed. The Moravian Warmblood was better differentiated and more distant from the Czech Warmblood than the Kinsky Horse and retained the original genes of the old Austro-Hungarian tribes. A high gene flow level and a lack of genetic structure were found in the seven studied populations. Despite the historical bottlenecks and previous inbreeding, the Czech-Moravian Belgian Horse, Hucul, Old Kladruber Horse and Silesian Noriker did not suffer a serious loss of genetic diversity due to genetic drift/low effective population size. A NeighborNet dendrogram revealed breeds not classified in their groups according to the nomenclature (the Friesian, Hafling and Merens).

This paper introduces the model of distillation column for the steam distillation. After the introduction of a steam distillation process, the model description and list of actuators and sensors is mentioned and described. In the last chapter brief overview of model control is shown.

Abstract The paper provides information about the on-line monitoring of components presented in chemical samples analyzed by isotachophoresis. The whole capillary transversal scanning detection system, which helps to improve the separation proccss of the analysis, is described. A picture from a colour line scanner is used as a source of basic information for control of separation process by regulation high voltage source. As an example of function of the sliding detection system is showed a short time separation of organic ion compounds by applied the isotachophoresis.
