On the basis of the modern literature data we analyzed the influence of the level of salt concentration and ion composition in a fish habitat during the processes of reproduction. The results of studies of the mechanisms of the reaction of fish to gamete hypo- and hyperosmotic stimulus in the external aqueous environment, as well as the role of mineral and organic osmolytes in the adaptation of mature eggs of fishes in the external environment, depend on the hydrochemical and hydrological conditions of the spawning grounds. The paper provides information about the features of the endocrine regulation of oocyte maturation in fish spawning in different hydrological conditions and the importance of humoral factors in the pathological process of the maturation of fish oocytes. The main scientific and practical aspects of the formation of the phys mechanisms that regulate the water-salt balance is the early ontogeny of fishes are discussed.

Abstract Introduction: The presence of background HCV infection cannot be overestimated in view of the prevalence of chronic hepatitis C and the risk of adverse outcomes of this disease. Purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the combined use of antiviral therapy (Roferon + Vero-Ribavirin) and resort factors in patients with chronic hepatitis C in the phase of replication. Material and methods: We observed 48 patients with chronic hepatitis C; the minimum level of activity of the process defined the phase of replication. Markers of HCV infection were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) (a-HCV and HCV-Ig M). HCV RNA was determined twice by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Genotyping of hepatitis C virus was performed. Biochemical blood analysis and the study of HCV infection markers were carried out four times. Results of therapy were assessed immediately after the end of the resort (spa) treatment, then at 3, 6 and 12 months after starting treatment. At 12 months after starting treatment, all the observed patients had persistent clinical and biochemical remission. Elimination of the virus from the blood was noted in 56% of the control group and 74% of patients in the study group. Conclusions: For patients with moderately active HCV, the replication phase was characterized by asthenic-vegetative syndrome (100% of patients) with severe depression (22.92%), pain (77.08%) and dyspeptic syndrome (33.33%), moderate hypertransferaseemia (100%), slightly pronounced cholestasis (33% of patients), and signs of mesenchymal- inflammatory response.

Purpose: to scientifically substantiate the role of para-vertebral impacts on blood circulation and bio-electrical activity of kick boxers’ cortex. Material: in the research participated kick boxers (main group, n=62) and university students (control group, n=25) of 18-23 years’ age. Assessment of para-vertebral impacts with device Armos and classic massage was fulfilled with the help of the following methodic: trans-cranial dopplerography of head main arteries and cortex EEG of the tested. Results: it was found that with the help of para-vertebral impacts by device Armos linear velocity of cerebral blood flow reduces to normal limits and in- and inter-hemispheres’ interaction strength increases. Conclusions: para-vertebral impacts by device Armos activate integrative processes and inter-hemispheres’ interactions of different cortex areas of kick boxers. It can witness about better formation of functional systems, ensuring sports efficiency.

Sergii Iermakov; Miroslawa Cieslicka; Radosław Muszkieta

Purpose: Analysis of researches on physical culture problems among students in countries of Easter-European region (2013-2015).Material: As sources of information we chose data base of Russia, Poland and Ukraine. Besides, we used sites of the most known journals of Easter-European region. When choosing journals we based on rating of Russia (RISC), Poland (Index Copernicus) and Ukraine (bibliometryka of Ukrainian science) data bases. Results: Thematic focus of researches on different physical education, sports and students health aspects was determined. The promising directions of researches are as follows: re-organization of system of students’ physical education; interconnection of life quality and organism’s resistance to environmental impacts; dependence of students’ motor functioning on bad habits’ presence; determination of factors, facilitating motivation for sport games in system of students’ health related trainings; perceiving of life quality by disabled students; competence and professional skillfulness of specialists in physical culture and sports. Conclusions: It is recommended to use new, attractive forms of students’ motor functioning. It is necessary to regulate students’ motor functioning, considering motivation for success and for avoiding failures as well as to increase students’ psycho-physiological stresses’ resistance and to form students’ culture of health.

The study of the properties of the PepT1 proton-dependent oligopeptide transport system in the fish intestine is a promising direction to solve the problem of the replacement of dietary proteins in aquaculture. At the same time, some publications provide direct evidence for the close relationship of the processes of oligopeptide absorption in the fish gut with the parameters of plastic metabolism in various organs and tissues, especially in the early stages of ontogeny. The published data suggest that the food value of synthetic oligopeptides for fish may be increased by including amino acids that are growth limiting for a given tissue in the early stages of ontogeny of a fish species. Finding the parameters of the affinity of individual substrates (oligopeptides) to the PepT1 transport system in fish will contribute to solving this problem in aquaculture.

In Europe, back pain is a common disease, this is according to European statistics. In accordance with the new case, the pain each year occurs in 5% of the population. The aim of this work is to develop a conceptual approaches to the physical rehabilitation process at the surgical treatment of patients with back pain. Materials and methods. There was researched an experience of the domestic and foreign researches in physical rehabilitation area. Methods of the research were the analysis of the references and theoretical research methods (as an analysis, interpretation and synthesis of scientific and educational literature on the study problem. Abstraction (or idealization and schematization) is the allocation of the essential foundations. Also we used experimenting with schemes (as a development of their content, sophistication and usability testing) at development of concepts, practical models and physical rehabilitation programs. Results. The physical rehabilitation concept at the surgical treatment of patients with back pain was developed, given by the modern science in the diagnostics field, performing difficult complex spinal surgery with the using of new tools and the knowledge from the physical rehabilitation improvement. Conclusions. The using of a systematic methodology for physical rehabilitation in the surgical treatment of patients with vertebral pathology, helps to optimize research, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventive measures, providing them with the required comprehensiveness, consistency, orderliness.Лазарева Елена, Цеслицка Мирослава, Станкевич Блазей, Мушкета Радослав, Прусик Кристоф.
