O trabalho das enfermeiras no Programa de Saúde da Família em Marília/SP

A estrategia de Saude da Familia apresenta-se como uma alternativa de superacao do paradigma dominante no campo da saude. Este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar o processo de trabalho das enfermeiras no Programa Saude da Familia (PSF) no municipio de Marilia, SP. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se nos pressupostos da Teoria de Intervencao Praxica em Enfermagem em Saude Coletiva proposto por Egry (1996). Foram sujeitos do estudo a totalidade de enfermeiras que atuavam no PSF do municipio de Marilia, no ano de 2001. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada e de observacao direta do trabalho da enfermeira. Os resultados apontaram que as enfermeiras do PSF sao jovens e possuem pouca experiencia de trabalho em atencao basica. O processo de trabalho, desenvolvido por estas profissionais, toma como objeto o corpo individual, tem por finalidade os perfis de desgaste dos grupos sociais e utilizam meios e instrumentos tradicionais da saude publica.

Conceito e prática da integralidade na Atenção Básica: a percepção das enfermeiras

O objetivo deste estudo e debater o discurso das enfermeiras sobre o conceito da integralidade em saude e como operacionalizar na pratica a integralidade na Atencao Basica. Considerando a integralidade como um dos pilares do SUS e tomando a forca de trabalho em enfermagem como um contingente consideravel de pessoas para operar na construcao do SUS, considerou-se importante identificar as bases conceituais e praticas que direcionam o trabalho das enfermeiras para a construcao da integralidade na saude. Neste estudo qualitativo exploratorio, foram entrevistadas 10 enfermeiras que atuam na atencao basica em tres municipios do interior do estado de Sao Paulo. Os dados foram coletados atraves de entrevistas semiestruturadas e analisados segundo a tecnica do discurso do sujeito coletivo. Os resultados mostraram que as concepcoes que as enfermeiras possuem sobre integralidade estao diretamente relacionadas a prestacao de assistencia e que estas profissionais colocam a integralidade em pratica ao executar seu processo de trabalho cotidiano.

Processo de trabalho de gerência: uma revisão da literatura

The objective of this paper is to identify how the management work has been studied in scientific publications. The bibliography of management produced in 1989 to 1999 was analyzed. The date was collected in Medline and Lilacs data bases. The scientific publications founded, were analysed second the technique of Contents’ Analysis, proposal by Bardin. The results showed that 38% described the organizational dimension of management; 34% described the technical dimension; 9% described the political dimension and 19% articulated two or more of these dimensions. The analyses of the bibliography showed the necessity to increase scientific productions that discuss management as a technical,political and organizational work.O objetivo deste artigo e identificar como o trabalho de gerencia tem sido abordado nas publicacoes cientificas. Tomou-se como objeto a producao bibliografica sobre gerencia produzida entre 1989 a 1999. A coleta de dados envolveu a busca nas bases de dados Medline e Lilacs. Os trabalhos encontrados foram analisados segundo a tecnica de Analise de Conteudo, proposta por Bardin. Os resultados mostraram que 38% das publicacoes abordavam a dimensao organizacional da gerencia; 34% abordavam a dimensao tecnica; 9% a dimensao politica e 19% articulavam duas ou mais dessas dimensoes. A analise da literatura nos indica a necessidade de desenvolver producoes cientificas que discutam a gerencia como um trabalho politico, tecnico e organizacional.

Possibilidades do WHOQOL-bref para a promoção da saúde na estratégia saúde da família

Nevertheless, technologies gap still hinder the process of training the professionals to analyze the health potentials of the population.
