Entendendo as competências para aplicação na enfermagem

The present article consists of a reflection on competencies and their application at the Nursing. It is part ofa doctoral thesis. It was observe that health organizations have not been adopting the Competency Management either because it is a tool that requires specific knowledge or a fairly unexplored tool. We present some considerations on the understanding of Competency Management and its applicability and main Questioning for the nurse professional at the relation with people. We emphasized the registration of its evolution, analyzing different phases, determinant changes that were capable of allying its organizational strategies to the Human Resources politics on professional development.The present article consists of a reflection on competencies and their application at the Nursing. Criatividade e inovação: competências na gestão de enfermagem

This article presents the importance of the creativity and innovation on health services, distinguishing those concepts. Creative behavior is the improvement of an element or known actions: whereas innovation means finding new alternatives. Considering competences like knowledge, skill and attitude--KSA, it is understood that by stimulating creativity and innovation, the performance of the health professional will be optimized. Therefore, creativity and innovation are key elements for improvement and organization, and, more specifically, for Nursing to find alternatives for solving problems related to the occupation as a whole. In this way, this approach brings a strategic tool on the process of management and a differential for the nurse, which by innovating and creating will amaze herself with her potential.This article presents the importance of the creativity and innovation on health services, distinguishing those concepts. The article presents a review of nurses management competencies and the practical management of knowledge and the human capital and the applicability of the management for competencies. Globalization and competitiveness makes health organizations to search adaptative forms to the transformations of the management. For the nurse it is expected to consider solutions nursing team related to health organizations problems. The management of the intellectual capital must take care that the personnel is applying the knowing in benefit of the organization and the professional growth. If it will not have necessary competences for generalized application of knowledge, this is useless. Gerenciamento de Enfermagem e administração das organizações do Terceiro Setor

In this article of bibliographical revision it was aimed at verifying the evolution of the third sector and the relations between nursing management in that organizations. It is observed a growing of this sector in health area, bringing a market anplification in the work of the nurse. Thus, it is considered the need for warning the nurses to be prepared for the management in these organizations, seeking for development in hospital management. Third sector is being valued as a form of social promotion in the health, education, social assistance and others segments, congregating individuals and institutions in a participative form.En este articulo de revision bibliografica se objectivo verificar la evolucion del tercer sector y las relaciones entre gerenciamento en enfermeria en estas organizacioneslas. Verificase un crescimiento de este sector en la area de salud, trayendo la ampliacion en el mercado de trabajo para los enfermeros. Asi, considerase que es necesario alertar a los enfermeros para supreparo para la gestion en estas organizaciones, buscando su desarrollo en la gestion hospitalaria.
