A visão ecológica: uma teia na enfermagem

A partir de los cambios revolucionarios en conceptos de realidad impulsados por la fisica y el pensamiento moderno, nueva y consistente vision del mundo surge, influenciada por la transicion de la fisica clasica hacia quantica. El estudio se propone mostrar el pensamiento de Capra influenciado la diseminacion del cuidado ecologico en enfermeria. El nuevo paradigma puede ser llamado una vision ecologica, partiendo de la comprension de la ecologia en un sentido amplio y profundo. La salud, la vision holistica del hombre y del tejido de relaciones que abarca el pensamiento ecologico, exige del enfermero en sus areas de actividad, una percepcion critica en relacion al saber, saber ser y saber hacer comprometidos con transformaciones, el afloramiento de las emociones, del encantamiento, de los sentimientos, del cuidado de la naturaleza como premisa para la calidad y existencia de la humanidad.

Contribuição dos estudos fenomenológicos para o cuidado de enfermagem

El ensayo refleja la contribucion que los estudios fenomenologicos han traido para el cuidado de enfermeria. Se ejemplifica con el conocimiento y la adhesion del coronariopata al modo de ser cotidiano del chismorreo. Se considera que la comprension de las manifestaciones humanas permite interpretar actitudes y comportamientos y que las contribuciones de los estudios fenomenologicos pueden facilitar que se alcance la excelencia en los cuidados de enfermeria.

Mulher cardiopata com úlcera por pressão: reflexão fenomenológica sobre um modelo de cuidado clínico de conforto

Resumen This is a reflection on the possibility of developing, in nursing clinical practice, a care for cardiac women affected by pressure ulcer during hospitalization, in order to promote comfort. Thus, the objective was to develop a model of care based on Heidegger’s phenomenological method. Once understanding this phenomenon motivates the development of actions that authentically promote comfort. It is considered that the genuine nursing care to this clientele seeks a new vision of clinical practice of nursing and favors the perception of comfort.

Sofrimento humano e cuidado de enfermagem : múltiplas visões

O objetivo deste estudo foi refletir sobre o sofrimento no contexto filosofico. Metodos: Nessa discussao teorica, o sofrimento e apresentado de formas diferentes: sofrimento no plano filosofico; interfaces do sofrer; antropologia e sofrimento e Enfermagem: uma visao holistica do sofrimento humano. Resultados: O enfermeiro em sua pratica profissional compreende que a vulnerabilidade, muitas vezes, esta vinculada com a dor, nos aspectos biologico, psicologico e social, entre outros. Um dos objetivos do cuidado em Enfermagem e minorar o sofrimento humano causado pelas doencas, considerando que o progresso tecnologico atual ajuda, algumas vezes, a solucionar a gestao tecnica da dor. Conclusao: Independente de serem um problema de ordem tecnica, a dor e o sofrimento situam-se na esfera da etica/humana e devem ser considerados nas suas varias interfaces.Objective: To reflect on suffering in the philosophical context. Methods: In this theoretical discussion suffering is presented in different forms: suffering in the philosophical plane; suffering interfaces; anthropology and suffering; Nursing: a holistic view of human suffering and nursing care. Results: The nurse in their professionalpractice understands that vulnerability often is linked with pain in the biological, psychological and social aspects, among others. One of the objectives of nursing care is alleviating human suffering caused by diseases where current technological progress sometimes helps to solve the technical management of pain. Conclusion: Regardless of this being a technical problem, the pain and suffering are in the ethic/human sphere and should be considered in its various interfaces.

The ethics of nursing care for environmental crises

The environment, understood in both its global and household dimensions, affects the health of living beings directly and, especially, human beings. Environmental and climatic disasters show that this fact has become increasingly common in everyday life. This study aimed to discuss further the thematic of ethics of care for the environment, aiming to talk about humanity’s responsibility of for it. This is a reflective study on the ethics of nursing care towards the environment. It was observed that nursing can work to guide and sensitize people about the care which the environment requests. Both nursing and people need to resort to the ethics of care because it is necessary to reflect on the performance of each which can be considered morally right or wrong. Therefore, the ethical care for the environment means to use its resources, in an organized way, so that the environment can compose itself and continue to maintain self-sufficiency. Otherwise, human beings will continue to endanger the environment and, consequently, their own survival.

Female patient that suffers from heart disease with pressure ulcer: a phenomenological reflection on a clinical care model of comfort

Construção de escalas de figuras à luz da filosofia

It is by walking that the new arises. This study aims at establishing new issues in the construciton of optometric scales of pictures accordingly to their shape and content. It is a reflection (bibliographic-analytical) based on Dantas dissertation. It is observed that the matter is the optonometric scale ready for use. The shape, in turn, is what was developed until the generation of the matter, the optical calculations and the law of refraction, apart from the ocular anatomy and physiology. The new aspect developed is culture. The philosophical question shows the infinity of knowledge and reveals that the view of certain research at a certain time can be rebuilt in another.^lpt^aE por meio do caminhar que surge o novo. Objetiva-se fundamentar os novos aspectos encontrados na construcao das escalas optometricas de figuras conforme a sua forma e conteudo. Trata-se de uma reflexao (bibliografico-analitica), feita a partir da dissertacao de Dantas. Observa-se que a materia e a escala optometrica pronta para uso. Ja a forma e o que foi desenvolvido ate gerar a materia, calculos opticos e a lei da refracao, alem da anatomia e fisiologia ocular. O novo aspecto desenvolvido e a cultura. Se objetiva basar los nuevos aspectos encontrados en la construccion de las escalas de optometria de figuras segun su forma y contenido. Es uma reflexion (bibliografico analitica), basada en la dissertacion de Dantas. Se observa que la materia es la escala de optometria pronta para el uso. Ya la forma es lo que fue desarrollado hasta generar materia, calculos opticos y la ley de refraccion, ademas de anatomia y fisiologia ocular. El nuevo aspecto desarrollado o sea la cultura. La cuestion filosofica muestra la infinidad de conocimiento y revela que la vision de determinada pesquisa puede ser dimensionada, en un momento, en otra.
