Optimization Procedure of the Multi-parameter Assessment and Bidding of Decision-Making Variants in the Computerized Decision Support System

The aim of the paper is to present the architecture and to use the platform of data organisation based on information notations of the multi-criteria linear programming (MLP). It constitutes the foundation of the construction of the computerized decision support system (DSS 2.0 – by Budzinski R., Becker J., 2008-2015). The system was developed for the needs of complex, multi-methodical decision-making analyses. The MLP method is considered in two aspects. The first one includes the development of the platform for the formulation of decision-making tasks in the form of standardized information structures (MLP model templates), where each one is a meta-description for the set of analysed objects. While the second aspect relates to the use of a multi-model (connected partial MLP models representing objects) and the optimization algorithm for searching the best solutions (efficient) with regard of the process of their internal adjustment.

Outsourcing it and Virtualization in E-Business Solutions (Selected Issues)

In the article there are presented different methods of e-business service, mainly IT outsourcing, as a possibility for small and middle class enterprises of joining e-economy. There are described advantages and disadvantages of this method and examples of putting IT outsourcing solutions into practice. Following part is devoted to different methods of e-business service: agents and virtual organizations. Final part is a summary of introduced information and includes future prognosis of outsourcing development.
