Research on key nodes appraising method for adaptive change management of knowledge-based enterprise based on the grey relational analysis

Neural-immune-learning networks that structural embedded in the networks of knowledge-based enterprise is the kernel sub-networks, and it sustains the creation of the abilities of sense-respond-decision, immune-adjusting and learning. The key nodes and relationships are the key points of the adaptive organic change for manager. In this paper, the grey relational analysis method of recognizing key nodes for NIL-networks is given.

The evolution of company network based on the reputation’s Grey dynamics

A companys reputation from another companys perspective develops with the interaction between them. Due to the incomplete information in the network in a certain cluster, there exists some uncertainty when the company is facing to choose which strategy to take (to cooperate or not to cooperate). In this paper we use the grey numbers in the payoff matrix in the games between a pair of companies. We propose a dynamic evolution model for the reputation in the company network, illustrate it by simulations, then use the UCINET to analyze the results and find the phenomena of sub-groups.
