Each time exists a greater amount of Learning Objects (LO) available through repositories, and federations, which were created to support teaching and learning processes. For that the users have an appropriate experience to access these resources, we need to deliver material of quality, that meets some minimum conditions, among them, that their metadata describe the content as much as possible, it matches the metadata standard definition, and the coherence between your values. These aspects affect management activities to LO, including the process of search and retrieval, so it requires initiatives to support the evaluation of metadata. Proposes a Web service for evaluation of LO metadata automatically, which receives a list with the results of a search and returns it to organized according to the quality level of metadata, which is established through the application of metrics for evaluation of metadata. This proposal is oriented to that the user who performs the search only receive LO that meets certain requirements and displayed as first results those who have better conditions.

The use of technologies to support educational processes, is a point that has been working for several years with the purpose of strengthening teaching and learning processes. The personalization of educational environments is one of its main characteristics, however it has not been completely achieved to difficulties both in modeling and implementation. In addition, it is fundamental to offer accessible environments that allow people in some disability situation to access the contents offered. Taking into account the previous, in this work it is looking for propose a model that allows integrating repositories and federations of digital educational resources characteristics of accessibility and adaptability, delivering educational materials according to the needs and preferences of each of the users.

One of the topics that generate interest in the community is the possibility of relating the characteristics of students with the type of material that best suits the students learning style, interests, and preferences. This topic holds most importance in systems that perform automatic selection of materials and educational activities and thus improve usability. The main idea of this paper is directed to the personalized selection of learning objects according to the student learning style. The proposal and some of the tests that predict good outcomes in diverse systems are presented.

The union between ICT and education come a great potential possibility for provide students custom environments to their needs and preferences. An alternative are adaptive systems, which require adaptation strategies and the definition of a model student, including the main characteristics of users, which will serve to make changes in the educational environment automatically. In this paper, an adaptive platform is proposed in which the specific characteristics of a user are used to perform the customized delivery of digital educational resources that are available through repositories. Some adaptations are also made in the user interfaces with educational special needs, certainly user visual disabilities.
