The increasing worry about the decision making has faced an also increasing problem, the great number of information at operation level existing along several systems distributed among organizations. The corporative management systems permitted the entrance of information in the operating levels, originated in every the company areas, however it is observed a certain difficulty of access to the information in management levels. To minimize this difficulty, organizations may use the Business Intelligence solution, as the intelligence concept in businesses. In this study, initially, it is necessary to identify and conceptualize the decision role among the roles or tasks the managers should be ready to face. To highlight the solution that the Information Technology can provide in aiding this role, it is important to make evident the concepts which are inserted the decision making process and the analysis of possible decision alternatives. And further, to explore the search for the consolidation of information through Business Intelligence, pointing out some existing tools in the market. Through the implementation of Business Intelligence solution, Latapack-Ball seeks to get, beside the information consolidation, a cultural change from its managers, assured quality of corporative information, among other goals explained by the case study.

It is described the concepts of social knowledge in practice, tends as case study the performance of a NGO. In this article the works are presented accomplished by the organization and its characterization, as well as, the characterization of the places where NGO acts. The research happened in the city of Jacarei, inside Sao Paulo. The collection of data was accomplished in the year of 2007 starting from documental base. The study searches the understanding of concepts with respect to the social action, social knowledge, social agents and the third section. A great contribution is the focus given for the management of social knowledge, adapted of concepts used in organizational management. It is had with this work the understanding of the social reality lived by a lot of families residents of the neighborhood Veraneio Ijal that interferes directly in the work of social responsibility. Another relevant conclusion is the definition of the term social knowledge.

In the decade of 90 they had attended the sprouting and an expressive growth of systems ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) in the enterprise activities, contributing for significant improvements in administrative, financial, productive and technological the functions. The objective of this work is to present the results of a referring research to the technological and organizational impacts caused by the adoption of a system ERP in a company of average transport of the sector of rendering of services. It can be affirmed that this subject is a current reality, existing in the companies in worldwide scope and that impact directly in the management and the productivity of the organizations. The gotten results point with respect to some pointers of some trends: the technological changes had contributed for the viability technique of implantation of the system and for the modernization of the company. After the implantation, the work processes had been modified radically, however the necessity of urgency of the implantation ending can make with that system ERP is customized inadequately, what also impact in the productivity fall. Such facts prove that the implantation of systems ERP must be faced as a organizational change, and not only as a project of applied technology of information the enterprise activities.
