Reflexões sobre o empreendedor: uma análise sob a perspectiva da economia das organizações

An emergent theoretic field in current business is the strategic theory of the firm, a result of the interests in unifying modern organization economics knowledge with the competitive advantages experience from strategy. Unification efforts comprise the quest for convergence between the key concepts that support the theory, out of which attention is drawn towards the agent of strategy: the entrepreneur. This article aims at identifying the main intersection and divergence points by relating classic economists (Say, Cantillon, Knight) with the most famous author in the theme (Schumpeter) and recent advances in strategic theory of the firm (Peter Klein), contextualizing historically the evolution of the concept. In order to do so, a bibliographic research was conducted by reviewing the literature around these main authors, highly considered in this theme, other than characterizing historically and socially each of the authors environments, providing a comparison and a critical analysis of key contributions.

Discurso e buscadores na Web: sentidos heterogêneos em movimento

This paper aims to discuss the ways of information’s recovery through the search engine systems on Web. It is established a delineation and a discussion about the search engine system, considering the conditions of production the electronic discourse. Mobilizing the concepts about Internet and search engine, we intend to construct a dialogue with the Analysis of the Discourse of French filiation to investigate the discursive functioning of the search engine’s results, through the keys words inserted by subjects on the Web. For this, it will be examined the ways of search engine functioning’s, and a historical briefing about the ways of information’s recovery on the Internet; investigating the linguistic marks left in the results of the search through the word “corruption”, problematize the way as the sayings are installed and as they circulate on the Web.
