As for parameters fluctuating, uncertainties caused by external disturbance and friction, the nonlinearity of the flight simulator turntable servo system, a discrete model reference sliding mode control theme combining with adaptive method and decoupled disturbance compensator is presented, and the globally asymptotically stability of the system is proved. The simulation results verified that the proposed control method can restrain the uncertainties and external disturbance of the flight simulator servo system efficiently assuring the dynamic tracking performance and strong robustness at a long range frequency.

To resolve the wave distortion caused by friction when angular velocity passes through zero, this paper presents a digital tracking controller based on CMAC neural network (cerebellum model articulation controller) after thoroughly consideration of the friction factors in the servo system. The tracking controller consists of the feedforward controller, the PD controller and the CMAC controller. The neural network controller percepts and self-learns the moment force of friction and other disturbance, and further provide appropriate compensation. The proposed controller is shown to be effective and valid to meet the requirement of real time work, and has engineering reference value to improve dynamic tracking performance of high precise servo system.

This paper contraposes issues related to modeling and control for swing nozzle, uses the methods of modeling and analysis, elaborates the research on fuzzy PID robust control for swing nozzle. In addition, swing nozzle servo system installation and other related issues, the influence of load torque and the analysis of the related processing on the swing nozzle are given. The computer simulation results show that the control scheme proposed in this paper fuzzy PID robust control can achieve a good result for swing nozzle servo system.

With the development of times. Flight Simulator getting higher and higher frequency-domain performance requirements, in order to suppress the systems mechanical resonance and improve the system dynamic performance in wider broadband domain. Design this complex inverted notch filter, using the method that through the notch filters amplitude-frequency characteristics compared to actual systems amplimde-frequency to suppress the systems mechanical resonance and improve the system dynamic performance in wider broadband domain. And through experiment prove the effectiveness of the method.

A method of combining GM (0, N) model with BP neural network is proposed and used in friction compensation. Firstly BP neural networks compensate the friction, then BP network is replaced with GM (0, N) model in a certain moment. With this method the neural network can apperceive the friction torque by online self-learning and compensate. The results of both simulation and experiment show that the method is feasible and effective on the friction compensation, it has well prospect for engineering application.

Neural control technique is well-suited to the problem of controlling dynamic system. A kind of CMAC controller for flight simulator servo system RBF identifier-based is presented. The controller consists of the RBF identifier, the single neuron PID controller and the CMAC feedforward controller. The RBF neural network is used to identify the model of the plant and adjust the single neuron PID controller’s parameter. The suitable parameter of the controller is given as fast as possible by used searching. This method could shorten transient response time clearly. The simulation experiment has proved the method can improve control precision and the response rapidness.
