Gini degree of grey incidence and its application in Central Henan Urban Agglomeration economic development

Liu Rui; Cui Jun-fu; Wang Zheng-xin

Grey incidence analysis, one content of grey system theory, has been widely applied in many fields and gotten a lot of beneficial results. The fundamental idea of grey incidence analysis is that the closeness of the relationship is judged based on the similarity level of the geometric patterns of sequence curves. The more similar the curves are, the higher the degree of incidence between sequences, and vice versa. This paper presents a new method of calculating degree of grey incidence with some principle of Gini coefficient. Finally, we use Gini degree of grey incidence to study the relations between economic growth rate and three industries growth rates of the cities in Central Henan Urban Agglomeration.

Study on the multi-attribute decision-making model of grey target

Song Jie; Dang Yao-guo; Li Xue-mei; Wang Zheng-xin

This paper studies on the multi-attribute decision model of grey target, proposes a new model of grey target decision-making. First, the operator of utility transformation is proposed to meet the decision-makers need and improve the decision quality. Then an optimization model is established, and index weights are confirmed by constructing the Lagrange function. Finally, the method is proved feasibe and effective through an example.

A grey relational grade analysis on the interaction relation between the S&T business incubator's development and economic growth

Xu Lingjuan; Wang Zheng-xin; Liu Ninghui

This article first makes two hypotheses on the interaction mechanism between the development of the S&T business incubator and economic growth. Then the grey relational grade model is used to test and verify the interaction relation between the S&T business incubators development and economic growth in China. And it concludes that the interaction mechanism between the development of the S&T business incubator and economic growth is an accumulated two-way interaction relation rather than a one-way advanced relation. In the end, some proposals are put forward to solve the problems on the interaction mechanism between the development of the S&T business incubator and economic growth in China.

Research on unbiased GM (1,1) and its Optimization

Xiong Ping-ping; Dang Yao-guo; Wang Zheng-xin

In this paper, we define two new unbiased GM (1, 1) models for the selection of initial conditions: starting-point fixed unbiased GM(1,1)(SUGM(1,1))and ending-point fixed unbiased GM (1, 1)(EUGM(1,1)), which are based on the unbiased GM (1, 1) regarding the 1-th and the n-th vector as the initial condition. Then it gave initial condition an amendment item respectively and carried out an optimization on the above two models and solved out the parameter of admendment item. Finally, the feasibility and the practicality of the model is proved by a real project. Key words: Grey system; unbiased GM (1, 1) model; initial condition; amendment item; optimization CLC:N941.5

The optimization model of objective weight in grey situation decision

Dang Yao-guo; Wang Zheng-xin; Li Xue-mei; Xu Ning

For giving decision target equal weight in traditional multi-objective grey situation decision does not reflect the preferences of policy makers and the actual situation of decision-making, we put forward a weighting method in grey situation decision. Taking the closer of the effect of the situation with the ideals and the uncertainty of the weight into account, the multi-objective optimization model is established, which is solved by Lagrange multiplier. Then the formula of objective weights is obtained and unequal weight grey situation decision is established. The grey situation decision theory can be improved.
