Evaluasi Kesiapan Pengguna Dalam Adopsi Sistem Informasi Manajemen SEIP Menggunakan Metode Technology Readiness Index

Abstract. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and education are inseparable in this digital era. The basic principle use of ICT is to simplify h uman l ife . However, in some places there are still several problems in adopting the ICT. The problem s in adopting ICT are h uman r esources, Technical and Finance. Unprepared users will reduce system efficiency that ICT can not be implemented and utilized optimally in the operation . The purposes o f this r esearch are to measur e the level of readiness of prospective t echnology users in adopting the Management Information Systems (MIS) of Student Entrepreneurial Program and Intership (SEIP) using Technology Readiness Index (TRI) methods and to find a solution so that the adoption of SIM SEIP can be successfully implemented as g ood result . The results show t hat two dimensions of optimism and innovation can significantly affect a gainst TR variables. While the other dimensions such as inconvenience and insecurity do not affect significantly a gainst TR variables. Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dan dunia pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan pada era digital seperti saat ini. Prinsip dasar dari penggunaan TIK adalah mempermudah kehidupan manusia. Namun dibeberapa tempat masih sering ditemui beberapa kendala dalam pengadopsian TIK. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam adopsi TIK antara lain adalah sumber daya manusia, teknis dan keuangan. Ketidaksiapan pengguna sedikit banyak akan mengurangi efisiensi sistem sehingga belum bisa diimplementasikan dan dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kesiapan calon pengguna teknologi dalam adopsi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Student Enterpreneur and Intership Program (SEIP) menggunakan metode Technology Readiness Index (TRI) dan menemukan solusi agar adopsi SIM SEIP dapat berhasil dan bisa diimplementasikan dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua dimensi yaitu optimism dan innovativeness berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel TR. Sedangkan dua dimensi lain yaitu discomfort dan insecurity tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel TR. Measuring User Satisfaction and Website Adoption of Government Website Quality on The Dissemination Food Security Information (Pengukuran Kualitas Website Pemerintah Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna dan Adopsi Website dalam Diseminasi Informasi Ketahanan Pangan

Dissemination of food security information through website is one of the government services transformation to the citizens to strengthen the pillars of food security. This research to analysis of the quality dimensions of government website to dissemination of food security information that affect website adoption and user satisfaction that having an impact and benefits to the community and government organizations. The object of this research is the website of food security agency of the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The public including employee of state agency that visit the websites are the sample of research. The data collected using scale-6 Likert questionnaire through a paper based and online survey linked on the website. Data processed from 88 respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results obtained shows website quality has not been optimal to reach user satisfaction and to adopted in order to dissemination of food security information. Some recommendations can used as guidelines for next development of quality website that provide benefits and positive impact on the dissemination of food security information.Diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan melalui website merupakan salah satu transformasi layanan pemerintah ke masyarakat untuk memperkuat pilar ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dimensi kualitas website pemerintah pada diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan yang mempengaruhi adopsi website dan kepuasan pengunjung website serta manfaatnya terhadap masyarakat dan organisasi pemerintah. Objek penelitian ini adalah website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Masyarakat umum termasuk Aparatur Sipil Negara yang mengunjungi website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert-6 melalui survei paper based dan online dengan tautan pada website. Data yang dapat diolah dari 88 responden, dianalisis memakai metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kualitas website Badan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat belum optimal dalam diseminasi informasi ketahanan pangan. Beberapa rekomendasi dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman pengembangan kualitas website yang memberikan manfaat dan dampak positif pada diseminasi informasi pangan.

Influence Model of Organizational Culture on Business-Information Technology Strategic Alignment: Exploratory Study at Indonesia’s Computer Higher Education

Business and Information Technology Strategic Alignment (BITA) has been an important subject in the relationship between information technology and business. Various attempts were made by the organization to obtain the BITA maturity of their organization. While there have been many studies conducted to examine factors that influence BITA, alignment in the BITA is still a matter that is not easy to achieve. BITA not only influenced by the formal aspects, informal aspects also play an important role in influencing BITA. However, the number of studies involving informal / social aspects influence BITA not have the same portion of the study involving the formal aspects. Though the social aspect is also an important aspect that affects BITA. One informal aspect plays an important role in BITA is organizational culture. This study aims to determine the extent to which organizational culture affect BITA and how it shapes influence. Using exploratory study on Indonesia’s Computer Higher Education which data were taken through a questionnaire, this study tries to reveal the model of organizational culture influence BITA. This research found that organizational culture had a positive influence on BITA. Organizational culture can be strengthened by managing dimensions Strategic Direction, Communication, Awards & Incentives, Communication, Control, Learning and Cooperation. BITA can be matured by managing dimensions Governance, Communication, Partnership, Competence, Ability/ Skill and Architecture.
