Patterning of Bus Electrode is one of the very important processes for making PDP. In this work, Electrode Green Sheet(EGS) was prepared by casting of incorporating binder polymer, solvent, multi-functional monomers, photo-initiator, and silver powder(or black powder). EGS have merits low linear resistance, pattern uniformity, and fine pattern realization. Therefore, EGS process is suitable, especially in large size(over 60 inch) and high resolution(XGA grade, Full HD) PDP.
