Railway container hub scheduling system is a typical discrete element dynamic system (DEDS) which has the feature of high randomness, low flexibility, and uncertainty of operation time and high coordination demand of facilities. Multi-agent systems (MAS) have demonstrated their potential for solving complex problems which are asynchronism, concurrency, distributivity, parallel and overcome the disadvantages when faces complex discrete element dynamic system. According to the analysis of layout, establishment, facility and operation procedure of railway container hub, this paper chooses MAS as the basis to build the railway container hub scheduling system model, analyzes the function of each agent, and describes the schedule procedure analysis of agents.

This paper proposes an algorithm for seeking the shortest path between two nodes in citys road net according to the characteristics of the net. The algorithm takes advantage of the theories of bidirectional search, projection, minimum angle and binary tree. According to the algorithm analysis , the algorithm can reduce seeking space and raise seeking speed greatly, and its time complexity can not exceed 0(N), while N is the number of road network nodes. The application results show that the algorithm has good practicability.

Detect moving objects from a video sequence is a fundamental and critical task in many computer vision application. For security forewarning demand of the high-speed railway transport hub video surveillance system, we need a stable, fast and accurate moving object detection method to promptly find the congestion of passenger flow and other dangerous in hub. Through the comparative study on moving object detection, we select average background model to build background and gray area division to improve the processing speed of background modeling. Experiment result shows our method is suitable for high-speed railway transport hub video surveillance.

Comprehensive Traffic Information platform(CTIP) is the core and information hinge of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The CTIP provides accurate, real-time and reliable traffic information services for public, government and enterprises. According to the classification of traffic information supplier and demander, we analyze the information supply from the viewpoint of information supply department, information supply content and information supply approach, and analyze the information demand from the viewpoint of information type, information demand content, publishing approach and supplier number. By comparing the information supply and demand of CTIP, find the shortages of traffic information supply.
