TiO2-SiO2 superhydrophilic thin film made by sol-gel process was treated by N2 plasma to realize visible-light induced activity. And the Anti-reflection coating was used to enhance the 4% transmittance of N-doped TiO2-SiO2 superhydrophilic thin film.

Stress analysis of SiO x :C Films Deposited by HMDSO/O 2 Plasma Polymerization

SiOx:C plasma polymer film can effectively reduce the stress of the multilayer film by adjusted process parameters. The average transmittance in visible light is 90% and the stress of the multilayers was reduced 63.5 %.

Optical Properties of Transparent Diamond-like Carbon Thin Films

Transparent diamond-like carbon thin films were made by RF magnetron sputtering with methane and hexamethyldisiloxane as gas mixtures. Transmittance could reach 90% with incorporation of hexamethyldisiloxane by increasing the silicon oxide structure.

Broad band absorption solar selective absorber based on admittance loci was reported. The fabrication absorption was over 97% and emissivity was 8% to 12% at the temperature of 300K to 600K.
