As a key technology of digital broadcast and TV, blind equalization overcomes inter-symbol interference to improve the effect of receiving signals. A new QAM blind equalization algorithm based on fuzzy neural network classifier is proposed. Channel estimation and fuzzy neural network classifier are combined to carry out equalization. The primary signal is attained by de-convolution. Judgment range of fuzzy neural network is adjusted dynamically by competition study algorithm, and then blind equalization is realized. Simulation shows that the new algorithm improves convergence speed and reduces residual error and BER (Bit Error Ratio).

Chillers operation energy efficiency is the main factors affecting the efficiency of air conditioning systems. A chillers operation energy efficiency model and its method for a real chiller plant were proposed in this paper, whose parameters were optimized by GA optimization algorithm. Moreover, as R_RMSE (Relative Root Mean Square Error) was adopted as the evaluation of the prediction accuracy, the results showed that the prediction accuracy of SVR model based on GA optimization algorithm was better than other models, which average R_RMSE was 4.52%. The method proposed in this paper can predict the operation energy efficiency of the chiller accurately to provide basic for chiller energy efficiency analysis, fault detection and diagnosis, and optimizing control.

An on-line monitoring technology of the central air conditioning energy efficiency is presented. Based on this technology, a monitoring system is designed. This system can achieve the real-time monitoring, optimization and adjustment of the energy efficiency of central air conditioners. Because of the improvement of the energy efficiency of central air conditioners and the depression of user energy expenditure, this technology has broad application prospects.

A variable step size blind multi-user detection algorithm based on fuzzy control was proposed. It overcame the shortcoming of slow convergence rate in the fixed step algorithm. Step size of new algorithm could dynamically be adjusted by error and erroneous change, and it improves algorithm performance. The validity of new algorithm has been verified by computer simulation.

A kind of new regulative and control technologies is proposed in this article, which is used to adjust the temperature and cool of supply water reversely from air conditional terminal equipment, second cooling station to centralized cooling station in tune. The cold energy regulative technology of constant flow rate and variable temperature difference with self tuning PID algorithm based on expertise is used to increase the supply chilled water, furthermore improves the efficiency of refrigerating compressor. This method has been put into operation with district cooling system in Guangzhou University town with great satisfactory and would be widely used in the future.
