With the development of distributed energy and energy storage devices and the increasing of AC / DC load demand, the AC / DC hybrid microgrid with the advantages of AC microgrid and DC microgrid has been paid attention to. The energy flow path of AC / DC hybrid microgrid is complex and difficult to measure. In particular, the technology of DC bidirection measurement has become the focus of research at home and abroad. The breakthrough of the key technology of the bidirectional measurement is helpful to accurately calculate the cost of the power supply, electricity supply, and to protect the legitimate economic interests of users and power companies, and promote the rapid development of distributed energy generation.

Distributed generation provides a new opportunity for modern power supply, but it also impacts on the operation and management of distribution network. Distributed power connected to the distribution network has changed the mode of operation of the distribution network from the original radiation type to a multiple power supplies network. The power flow direction of the traditional distribution network is from transformer substation to load. The access on Distributed power makes the power flow direction no longer only from power resource to the user side and increases the complexity and uncertainty of the distribution system, and it will bring about great influence on power grid planning, relay protection, power quality, scheduling management, the operation of the power grid and security of distribution network.
