An improved genetic algorithm is present for AIB problem, which uses a scaling fitness method, a stochastic universal sampling selection way, linear-changed crossbreed and mutation probabilities. The platform is achieved by PowerBuilder, the architecture and main data structure is also brought forth. The solution of AIB-2 problem is described by combining an example. It resolves the prematurity problem of simple genetic algorithms and greatly increases the performance of simple genetic algorithms.

The favorable microbes for the asymmetric reduction of prochiral aromatic ketones was isolated from soil using acetophenone as the sole carbon source, when the asymmetric reduction of acetophenone (ACP) to chiral α-phenethyl alcohol (PEA) was chosen as the model reaction. Two microbe strains with excellent catalytic activity were obtained. They were Geotrichum candidum and Pichia pastoris identified by bacteria identification. The product of the asymmetric reduction of ACP catalyzed by Pichia pastoris was mainly R-PEA and that by Geotrichum candidum was mainly S-PEA. The yield and enantiomeric excesses (e.e.) could respectively reach 75% and 90% for Pichia pastoris, and 80% and 70% for Geotrichum candidum, much higher than those catalyzed by baker’s yeast.

Outsourcing was originally confined to peripheral business functions and mainly motivated by a cost saving logic, but has now developed into a means of benefiting from complementary knowledge of outside firms. This paper considers a four-stage dynamic game model on the strategies of client and vendor in new product development outsourcing and studies the incentive mechanism for knowledge transfer from the vendor to the client. By solving and analyzing the model, we get characteristics of incentive, the effectiveness of incentive mechanism and the factors which affect the vendorpsilas knowledge transfer. The results provide basis for the clientpsilas successful outsourcing decision making.
