Various study for technology of agmented reality by using mobile has been progressed in aspect of advantages for mobility and popularity, recently as technology of agmented reality is developing day by day. Mobile agmented reality is technology imaginary informations are grafted into reality by using mobile. That can induce new learning experience showing high interest and interesting for infant education. This thesis is a fishes encyclopedia for infant that was made by displaying pictures as 3D fish model. 3D fish model is possible to turn on the six axis and enlarge and reduce by demand of users. Furthermore, it was made for inducing interesting about book for infant by inserting various sound effect. The resort of using system for infant shows interest and interesting over four times in case infant will learn with fishes encylopedia not previous books.

Importance and necessity is enlarged due to globalization. So, English education is diverse and recently applies AR(Augmented Reality) technology to offer immersion and interest. Contents in this paper are Mobile AR contents for training infant English cognition. Our system displays teaching aid objects into 3D models, lets infants listen to English conversation and teaches them everyday English like a play. Considering infants that like games, this system adds an English game about each object of teach aids. To attract infants and parents interest persistingly, We give them immersion and interest by suggesting a different event at each step.

Interest of augmented reality increases rapidly due to developm ent of recent technology. Augmented reality offers learners var ious satisfactions by using the sense of sight, hearing, touch, etc. and enhances immersion and interest. This paper presents a dra wing system for toddler’s art education using augmented reality. Thi s system helps toddlers draw pictures easily and can teach tod dlers art learning effectively at low cost as well as provide immersion, achievement, and interest.

In this paper, marker-less mobile augmented reality based 3D model visualization of efficient design was implemented by applying augmented reality that is recently getting the most brilliant spotlight in the shipbuilding industry. This system helps even an amateur understand relevant individual object with ease by visualizing ship design being progressed based on existing 2D individual object as realistic 3D ship individual object model. This 3D visualization would be helpful for activating negotiation for new shipbuilding order as it is easy to understand virtual ship design.

Recently, in manufacturing, machinery, construction and shipbuilding industry, diversified researches of visualizing design drawings without difficulty utilizing augmented reality technology have been performed. In this paper, we propose efficient 3D design drawing visualization technique based on mobile augmented reality. Proposed technique first recognizes design drawing region, and only performs image tracking in its region. Through performance analysis, it could be seen that in technique being suggested in this paper, drawing recognition time was reduced by 4-33%, drawing matching recognition rate was increased by 5-15% and number of output frame per second was increased by 7-8 frames per second.

Various value added facilities are installed in the ship due to industrialization and enlargement. Thus, the necessity of crab crane for sand and undersea works in the port quay is emerging. However, the disk brake pad used in the wire drum creates lots of heat and is very expensive for replacement This paper proposes to develop a Smartphone based thermal image diagnosis system. The system proposed monitors the temperature of brake pad and detects an irregular situation through the thermal imaging camera and sends an alarm message to the administrator. Therefore, it helps in preventing the brake failure due to the overload on the brake pad and potential accident and may save the cost through extension of life span of the pad.
