Evaluation on the oral health promotion program effect from some part of community child center

This study aims to examine the effect of the program by identifying changes in oral health behaviors, oral health knowledge, the Patient Hygiene Performance(PHP) index and others after performing oral health promotion program on children in community childrens centers to develop persistent and more effective program. The final analysis subjects were 27 children. According to the examination results of dental plaque score, the PHP index score was reduced from 3.42 to 2.43 before and six month after the tooth brushing education, respectively, indicating the effect of oral health promotion program(p<0.001). The data of this paper can be used oral health promotion programs development based on the social ecological model.

An Investigation on the Influence of Stress Coping Strategies of the information world

This study investigates how the five personality factors affect job-related stress levels owing to various causes and stress coping strategies in university students studying health-related majors, including dental hygiene. In subfactors for stress coping strategies (1) ‘extrovert’, ‘likeable’, and ‘diligent’ types for ‘desire for social support’ (2) ‘diligent’, ‘extrovert,’ ‘likeable’, and ‘extrovert’ types for ‘problem-oriented’ and (3) ‘nervous,’ and ‘diligent’ types for ‘avoidance-oriented,’ were shown to be most affected, in that order(SCi = β0 +β1 Neuroticism + β2 Extraversion + β3 Openness to Experience + β4 Agreeableness + β5 Conscientiousness + ei ).
