Polarography of Citrinin

(1) CitrininはpH5.3以下の酸性側に於いて一段の還元波をしめし, pHの増大に伴つてその半波電位は陰電位に移動する.その限界電流はpH1~3の範囲で一定であり, pH3~5に於いて漸減する. (2) 限界電流に対する水銀溜の高さの影響を検討覧することによつて, 0.2NHCl中での限界電流は拡散律則であるが, pH4.2での限界電流には幾分kinetic currentが関与していることがわかつた. (3) 限界電流は電解液中のプルコール含量により著しく影響され,この現象はアルコール濃度の粘度に及ほす影響によつて説明できた. (4) ILKOVI〓式より計算すると, citrininの電極反応に与る電子数は1である. (5) 10-5~10-3Mの範囲でcitrininの濃度と波高とは直線関係をなし,充分定量に利用し得る. (6) 0.2N HCl中での拡散電流の温度計数は1.71%/deg. (25°)であつた.
