A Multi-Purpose Robot Controller has been developed. By this controller, considering economical merit, popular robots within 4 axes are controlled. In this paper, the structure of the system, the outline of the automated system, the total evaluation of robots applied to several typical processes, and the realized system are described. In the future, this controller will work with various machines and will release workers from heavy and monotonous work.
