AN ANALYSIS OF WHOLESALERS' ACTIVITY AND THEIR HISTORICAL TREND IN JAPAN

交通量予測のための将来の物流量の把握・予測, また交通問題解決のための物流の合理化が現在大きな課題となっている. 生産から消費に至る物流においてその中心にいるのは卸売業であるにもかかわらず, 従来その卸売物流の実態についてはほとんど解明されていない. そこで本研究では地域間の卸売物流の階層構造, 最近10年間での卸売業の集積の変化と更にその変化の著しい品目についての変化理由をそれぞれ物流の観点で考察した. その結果, 品目別の卸売業の都道府県単位での地域間階層構造, 商物分離, 消費地への立地指向, 食料品における小売業の成長をそれぞれ物流ベースから明らかにできた.

Estimation method of the Parking Lots Capacity for Park & Ride at the Shinkansen Station in a provincial Area

In a provincial area, the parking service at Shinkansen station leads not only to the increaseof Shinkansen demand but also to the improvement of convenience to that area. Therefore, it is the important to estimate the capacity of the parking lots for Park and Ride (P&R). Nevertheless there is no estimation method of the parking lots capacity for R&R, and no quantitative analysis for effects on trip behavior brought by the change of parking capacity. The purpose of this study is to develop a disaggregate demand model for planning of the parking lots capacity at Shinkansen station in a provincial area. Using this model, the estimation method of the parking lots capacity is formulated. Finally, the parking lots capacity that satisfies inhabitants in a provincial area is estimated.
