Probability of creation of pseudoscalar mesons in the field of a flat electromagnetic wave

Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko; A. B. Lysov; A. I. Khudomyasov

The probability of creation of pseudoscalar particles (π0-meson and Higgs boson) by a lepton in the field of flat elliptically polarized electromagnetic wave is considered. Polarization and spin effects are studied.

Influence of induced processes on the spin dynamics of an electron moving in a plane wave

V. G. Bagrov; Yu. I. Klimenko; V. R. Khalilov

Electron-spin behavior during stimulated radiation and absorption in a plane wave field is analyzed in this paper. It is shown that even when there is no preferred spin orientation on the whole as t→∞, a preferred orientation exists at some finite time. The greatest possible degree of preferred orientation and the time at which it is achieved are found.

New exact solutions of the Dirac equation. V

V. G. Bagrov; N. N. Byzov; D. M. Gitman; Yu. I. Klimenko; A. G. Meshkov; V. N. Shapovalov; V. M. Shakhmatov

Four types of external electromagnetic fields allowing an exact solution of the Dirac and Klein — Gordon equations are considered. The motion of the electron in such fields is of a specific character; however, from the mathematical point of view some of the problems reduce to cases already studied in earlier papers [1–4].

Induced radiation of fermi particles with anomalous magnetic moment in the field of two electromagnetic waves

Yu. I. Klimenko; A. I. Khudomyasov

The induced radiation of an electron with anomalous magnetic moment in the field of two electromagnetic waves is investigated. Formulas for the probability and the total power of radiation are derived. The spin effects are investigated. The possibility of induced radiation of a neutral Fermi particle in the same field is demonstrated.

Motion and radiation of an electron exhibiting a vacuum magnetic moment in the field of a plane electromagnetic wave

I. M. Ternov; V. G. Bagrov; Yu. I. Klimenko

A study is made of the motion of an electron exhibiting an anomalous magnetic moment and moving in the field of a plane circularly polarized electromagnetic wave. An exact solution is found to the generalized Dirac equation and is utilized to study the emission of electromagnetic radiation from the electron (the Compton effect). It is shown that allowance for the anomalous magnetic moment of the electron leads to: a frequency shift, a change in the total radiated power, polarization of the radiation, and to spin effects.

Contribution of Higgs bosons to the elastic scattering amplitude of a lepton in a flat wave field

Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko

The contribution of pseudoscalar particles (π0-mesons and Higgs bosons) to the elastic scattering amplitude of a lepton in the field of a flat elliptically polarized electromagnetic wave is computed by using dispersion relations. The polarization effects are considered. By a limit transition, the contribution of pseudoscalar particles to the amplitude is found in a constant crossed field.

The Z0-boson contribution to the elastic scattering amplitude of an electron in a plane-wave field

Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko

The Z0-boson contribution to the elastic scattering amplitude of an electron in an arbitrary plane-wave electromagnetic field is obtained. Special cases of the plane-wave field are considered.

Elastic scattering amplitude of a scalar particle in a plane wave field

Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko; A. B. Lysov; A. I. Khudomyasov

The elastic scattering amplitude of a scalar particle in an arbitrary plane wave electromagnetic field is obtained in the form of a double integral by the method of dispersion relations. Particular cases of giving the plane wave field are investigated. It is shown that the existence of scalar particle radiation in an arbitrary plane wave electromagnetic field results in elastic scattering, whose amplitude determines the change in particle mass in this field.

Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko

The Z0 boson contribution to the mass operator of an electron in the field of an elliptically polarized electromagnetic plane wave is determined.

/tau/-lepton decay in an arbitrary plane-wave electromagnetic field

O. S. Pavlova; Yu. I. Klimenko; É. Yu. Klimenko

In this work we study the leptonic-decay processes of a π-meson in a field that is a superposition of a crossed field and the field of a plane electromagnetic wave. Expressions for the decay probability are obtained that take into account a non-zero neutrino mass. The dependence of the probabilities on the spin of the created lepton is investigated. The values of the parameters of the external field are indicated for which it is possible to isolate the decay process depending on the neutrino mass, which may be of interest for the solution of the problem of the existence of the neutrino mass.
