Portals provide an aggregated and personalized view of information through a large application integrating information, people, and processes across organizational boundaries. As such, portals can significantly impact organizations, completely changing how they work and operate. In addition, many critical success factors can affect portals at any stage of implementation. Many organizations lack suitable frameworks for implementing portals to ensure success in the organization, customer satisfaction, and employee morale. To address this gap, we proposed a comprehensive framework to develop and operate portal projects by considering specific critical success factors. We have evaluated and compared this work with previous work in the same field, more accurate and significant results.

The proposal of the paper is based on the data mining effects using ERP framework. Using the ERP database we applied data mining applications to evaluate the best result for the growth and establishment of a company. In this paper we proposed a model which integrates the database, customer queries, transactions, and all other specifications used in ERP systems, then use data mining techniques to integrate decision making and forecast flows. By using ERP’s characteristics and background we gathered the data from central database in cluster format which is based on the action taken against the queries generated by the customers. Furthermore, the clustered data used by Apriori Algorithm to extract new rules and patterns for the enhancement of an organization. This is a complete implementation of data mining applications on ERP framework to predict the solution of upcoming queries. This will make the best association between the customers and organization, and customer will always satisfied with company’s policies.

Evaluating the performance of any organization is an essential part for overcoming their weaknesses. Customer is always on prior for finding and assessing the companys performance. They are always respectable for every organization. In this paper we first examine the Customer Relationship Management (CRM), especially customer behaviour and customer profiling. Then we describe the general overview of most common data mining techniques. The main purpose of this paper is how data mining techniques can extract respectable knowledge from the large customers database and how to analyze customer behaviour to improve business performance. Therefore, we proposed a model for CRM with the efficient implementation of data mining, for improving customer behaviour. For this, we evaluate and analyze the customer understanding by using rule induction process on clustered data from customers database with reference to the customer query.

Analysis on customer relationship is reaching more practical and motivating success factor for the growth of every company, in the same way, discovery of unseen information is also supporting for the successful expansion in an organization. A customer and a company are essential to each other and their good relationship and understanding will take the company on the top as well as the customer to the satisfactory level. In this paper we presented the model of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to describe the association of a customer with the company and enhanced the model by connection with Data Mining Engine (DME) for evaluation the query of a customer or an employee, customer understanding to support the CRM. The main aspect of this paper is DME which is playing commanding role to bear a company on the top. Analyze and assessment of the query to understand the customer and work on organizations action, by using data mining techniques are the main characteristics of DME.

Underwater wireless sensor networks are a newly emerging wireless technology in which small size sensors with limited energy and limited memory and bandwidth are deployed in deep sea water and various monitoring operations like tactical surveillance, environmental monitoring, and data collection are performed through these tiny sensors. Underwater wireless sensor networks are used for the exploration of underwater resources, oceanographic data collection, flood or disaster prevention, tactical surveillance systems, and unmanned underwater vehicles. Sensor nodes consist of a small memory, a central processing unit, and an antenna. Underwater networks are much different from terrestrial sensor networks as radio waves cannot be used in underwater wireless sensor networks. Acoustic channels are used for communication in deep sea water. Acoustic signals have many limitations, such as limited bandwidth, higher end-to-end delay, network path loss, higher propagation delay, and dynamic topology. Usually, these limitations result in higher energy consumption with a smaller number of packets delivered. The main aim nowadays is to operate sensor nodes having a smaller battery for a longer time in the network. This survey has discussed the state-of-the-art localization based and localization-free routing protocols. Routing associated issues in the area of underwater wireless sensor networks have also been discussed.

Achieving high competitive advantage through Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has never been easy without proper management and appropriate utilization of ICT resources. Therefore, the statistics suggested that ICT project failures are very common in the organization due to several reasons; it fails to deliver the required objectives of investment, inaccurate budget planning, lack of risk management plan and time overrun are some basic reasons for an ICT project’s failure. To overcome these issues, recently ICT decision makers are emphasizing more on ICT project’s evaluation rather than investment. The practitioner broadly categorized the evaluation techniques in post and pre evaluation methods, which is further divided into measuring the return from financial and non-financial perspectives. The main purpose of this paper is to provide a comparative analysis on ICT investment’s evaluation, their categories based on pre and post evaluation. Thus, the paper offers an extensive literature review that can help ICT decision makers and organizations to better select the evaluation techniques available, where integration of multiple techniques can further improve this process

Portals are the gateways that integrate the information from different sources on a single window and provide it to the end users. Portal implementation is a very intricate job as it requires a significant amount of resources and knowledge to invest. Portals have the ability to improve the status and ranking of an enterprise to the best of the customer satisfaction and employees moral. For this reason we have proposed a model for the complete implementation and services delivery of portals. The model has two parts that describe the overall performance and the entire framework of portal implementation. Finally the proposed model is an iterative model that can proudly accept changes at any stage of its implementation.

Customer relationship management (CRM) has become one of the leading business strategies in the new millennium. Companies have invested or are planning to invest huge amounts to implement CRM strategies, tools and infrastructure in order to attract and retain profitable customers in today’s increasingly competitive markets. For that, they are recommended to have a measurement system to manage and assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives. One of the effective performance measurement methods is the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). In this paper we proposed a CRM Scorecard for the evaluation and enhancement of CRM systems of the Saudi Arabian Banks to improve the customer satisfactions and loyalty. The purpose of this research has been to identifying the variations made on BSC to become suitable to measure the performance of CRM.

Underwater Wireless Sensor Network (UWSN) is newly developed branch of Wireless Sensor network (WSN). UWSN is used for exploration of underwater resources, oceanographic data collection, flood or disaster prevention, tactical surveillance system and unmanned underwater vehicles. UWSN uses sensors of small size with a limited energy, memory and allows limited range for communication. Due to multiple differences from terrestrial sensor network, radio waves cannot be used over here. Acoustic channel are used for communication in deep water, which has many limitations like low bandwidth, high end to end delay and path loss. With the above limitations while using acoustic waves, it is very important to develop energy efficient and reliable protocols. Energy efficient communication in underwater networks has become uttermost need of UWSN technology. The main aim nowadays is to operate sensor with smaller battery for a longer time. This paper will analyse various routing protocols in the area of UWSN through simulation. This paper will analyse Depth Based Routing (DBR), Energy Efficient Depth Based Routing (EEDBR) and Hop by Hop Dynamic Addressing Based (H2-DAB) protocol through simulation. This comparison is carried out on the basis of total consumed energy, end to end delay, path loss and data delivery ratio.

This paper has compared the three main Location based Routing protocols in UWSN. Such as Vector Based Forwarding(VBF), Hop by Hop- Vector Based Forwarding(HH-VBF) and Focused Beam Routing (FBR) has been compared using MATLAB simulation tool. These protocols has been compared on the basis of data delivery ratio, number of alive nodes, end to end delay and total consumed energy.
