To overcome the shortcomings existing in teaching and experimentation of robot curriculum, this paper discusses the application of teaching robot in experimentation reform based on Fischertechnik model. Appling Fischertechnik model to innovate the robot curriculum experimentation, it affords a good carrier to cultivate the student’ creative thought and manipulative ability, and it is a new approach to carry out creativity education to college students.

This study, taking Chongqing University of Science and Technology (CUST) as an example, carries on statistical analysis of utilization of resources in university libraries. Specifically, this study has quantitative statistical analysis of utilization of resources in university libraries from three aspects, including utilization of books, frequency ranking of books and ranking of readers. According to the results of analysis, puts forward three suggestions to improve utilization rate of resources in university libraries. The research provides reliable references for university library management to improve the book collection structure.

Hydrogen sensitive film is the most important problem of the optical fiber hydrogen sensor, which directly affects the quality of the sensor sensitivity. In this paper, the process of sol-gel WO3/Pd coating was studied for the reflection type optical fiber hydrogen sensor. First, the materials for WO3/Pd sol, the devices and the detail steps of the sol preparation were introduced. Then the coating process of WO3/Pd sol was introduced, and the surface morphology of the film was analyzed. At last, experiments indicate the WO3/Pd film has good hydrogen sensitivity and show still good surface morphology after the temperature shock.

Designed a type of lift coating machine including its structure, hardware system and software system. The lift coating machine we design is a kind of wet coating equipment, which has some advantages such as lift speed, lift height, impregnate time, multilayer coating, continuous and adjustable deposition interval time. It does not need complicated vacuum environment, easy to be achieved in real life. In addition, it has no special requirements for coating matrix, which can run stably and significantly improve the precision and efficiency of coating. The lift coating machine we designed is suitable for the coating process of all solid materials such as silicon wafer, wafer, glass, ceramics, metal and so on, and it has extensive potentials in the coating market.

Based on the internal model control theory and combined the structural characteristics of high speed spindle, the control method of high speed spindle is discussed. And the view of applying the double internal model control to high speed spindle is put forward. Then controllers of current, flux linkage and speed are designed. According to the double internal model control plan, its simulation model is set up. Simulation results indicate that the double internal model control has better dynamic response curve, shorter response time, higher steady state precision by comparing with the vector controller.

High speed spindle is a multivariable and strong coupling complex system. In order to improve its dynamic response characteristics and control effectively, based on vector control, the high speed spindle needs to be decoupling first. Then neural network theory and BP algorithm are adopted to form a speed controller to adjust the rotational speed. In this controller, gradient searching technique is applied and the proportional and integral parameters are used as weight of neural network which is employed to adjust the corresponding control parameters. Therefore, a new model of high speed spindle is set up and simulated. The result of simulation indicates that the way combine the decoupling method and the speed controller based on neural network can track the rotational speed more accurate and promote the robustness of high speed spindle.

Based on the studying of IEEE145 international standard and achievement of hardware and software of TEDS intelligent sensor, it suggested designing an intelligent unit that wont change the input / output interface of the sensor but enables device plug-and-play. The system still can operate normally when the intelligent unit was removed. The intelligent unit includes various modules or functions, such as the logo of IEEE1415 standard device, humiture measurement, nonlinear data table, unified model as well as MCU achievement, normalized treatment and synthesis of signals, aiming to realize the normalization of sensors output signals and achieve the quick connection of test system as well as plug-and-play.

The frame of 4MPa vertical type high-pressure grouting machine is used as the research object. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal finite element analysis of the frame. The first five order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained, and then the influence of every mode shape on the performances of the frame was discussed. It provides a reference for the dynamic structural design and optimization of the frame of vertical type high-pressure grouting machine.

The applications of multi-beam technique in microwave tubes including klystrons and traveling wave tubes have been analyzed. A type of 5-beam traveling wave tube slow-wave structure was designed, and dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance characteristics were simulated. According to the simulated results, it can be concluded that dispersion of multi-beam traveling wave tube is satisfactory and the coupling impedance is high, and multi-beam technique can be widely used in microwave tubes because it can improve the plus and output power of microwave tubes.

Requirements for the device of measuring rotational speed is high-accuracy, stabilization, credibility, and shorter measuring time during the dynamic-balancing process. This paper studies a way of measuring rotator reference signal based on DSP(digital signal processing). The way of picking-up rotator reference signal, measuring rotator speed are introduced. This new way of measuring rotational speed in high-speed rotor dynamic-balancing measuring system based on DSP is accurate, simple and convenient.
