Design of a Type of Cleaning Robot System

A cleaning robot for household cleaning is designed based on the single chip microcomputer AT89S51. It can complete home environment clean in the case of unattended. With the help of the infrared sensor and the control system, the Cleaning robot can automatically avoid the static and dynamic obstacles in the working environments and clean the ground in the room. Practice has proved that its structure is compact, flexible, easy to implement and control and it can initially complete the obstacle avoidance and cleaning tasks.

To overcome the shortcomings existing in teaching and experimentation of robot curriculum, this paper discusses the application of teaching robot in experimentation reform based on Fischertechnik model. Appling Fischertechnik model to innovate the robot curriculum experimentation, it affords a good carrier to cultivate the student’ creative thought and manipulative ability, and it is a new approach to carry out creativity education to college students.

Finite Element Modal Analysis of Frame of Vertical Type High-Pressure Grouting Machine Based on ANSYS

The frame of 4MPa vertical type high-pressure grouting machine is used as the research object. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal finite element analysis of the frame. The first five order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the frame are obtained, and then the influence of every mode shape on the performances of the frame was discussed. It provides a reference for the dynamic structural design and optimization of the frame of vertical type high-pressure grouting machine.

Application of Multi-Beam Technique in Microwave Tubes

The applications of multi-beam technique in microwave tubes including klystrons and traveling wave tubes have been analyzed. A type of 5-beam traveling wave tube slow-wave structure was designed, and dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance characteristics were simulated. According to the simulated results, it can be concluded that dispersion of multi-beam traveling wave tube is satisfactory and the coupling impedance is high, and multi-beam technique can be widely used in microwave tubes because it can improve the plus and output power of microwave tubes.

CAD/CAE on the Mould Plates of Horizontal Type High-Pressure Grouting Machine

In order to study the stress and strain of front and back mould plates of high pressure grouting machine, this paper took a type of ceramics for daily use horizontal type high pressure grouting machine as the object of study. Established its CAD model and analysed it with finite element analysis software. The analysis results can provide a reference for design, and have some engineering and practical value.

Modal Analysis of the Main Frame of Horizontal Type High-Pressure Grouting Machine Based on ANSYS

For understanding the dynamic characteristics and improving the stability of the main frame of the horizontal type high-pressure grouting machine, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is applied to the modal analysis of the main frame based on the theory of finite element and vibration mechanics, and the first six natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the main frame are obtained. The influence of each vibration mode to the working condition of the main frame is analyzed, and provides some reference to improve and enhance the design of the main frame of horizontal type high-pressure grouting machine.

Particle Simulation of Slow-Wave System in Multi-Beam Traveling Wave Tube

A time-dependent particle code has been developed to simulate the motion and changing regularity of particles in multi-beam traveling wave tube. Magnetic focusing and interaction models of multi-beam traveling tube were established, and static magnetic field was calculated. The process of bunching particles by periodic permanent magnetic focusing system and beam-wave interaction was also simulated. The results show that particle simulation can really reflect the motion of particles in multi-beam traveling wave tube, which can provide some references for particle study of traveling wave tube.

Design of a Type of Handling Robot

Designed a handling robot system which can meet the requirements of teaching and experiments. Completed the design of body structure, the hardware and software system of robot. On the one hand the DC motor is used to power to the robot base by the remote through the wireless module, on the other hand the steering is manipulated through the microcontroller I / O port, and it make the robot to be free to operate and precise positioning of the manipulator.

Based on Fischertechnik combination model platform, A type of welding robot is designed and developed. Firstly analyzed the overall structure of the robot to determine the driver program and drive programs, and then assembled and establishment the robot structure in accordance with the modular design finally studied the robot control system. This paper focuses on the hardware design of the robot and control system. Practice has proved that the teaching robot we designed has good promotion and application prospects in the field of teaching.

Design of a Teaching Robot with Three Degrees of Freedom

A teaching robot with three degree of freedom is designed. The three degrees of freedom are: waist rotation, lifting and stretching of the arm and opening and closing of the gripper. The designs of the main components are: a mobile chassis, parallel rails, horizontal rails and manipulator. The teaching robot designed has the features of low cost, easy to regulation, good repeatability and it has good promotion and application prospects in the field of teaching.
