Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio Escala Autoeficacia Percibida en Situaciones Académicas (EAPESA) en Universitarios Chilenos

espanolLa presente investigacion tiene como proposito analizar las propiedades psicometricas de la Escala de Autoeficacia percibida especifica de situaciones academicas en una muestra de 297 estudiantes universitarios de distintas facultades y carreras pertenecientes a una universidad chilena. Para lograr el objetivo mediante un estudio psicometrico po r procedimientos confirmatorios se realizo un analisis factorial confirmatorio (AFC), analizando la propuesta unidimensional realizada con estudiantes de educacion secundaria de chile. Se evaluo la consistencia interna de la escala mediante el Alfa ordinal . Los resultados obtenidos con la muestra de estudiantes universitarios indican una buena fiabilidad interna del instrumento (alfa ordinal=.87), asi mismo los datos encontrados apoyan la validez del modelo propuesto. Segun lo anterior la escala para medir autoeficacia percibida especifica en situaciones academicas apoyan preliminarmente su uso con otros estudiantes universitarios en la educacion superior chilena. EnglishThe purpose of this research is to analyze the psychometric properties of the Perceived Self – Efficacy Scale specific to academic situations in a sample of 297 university students from different faculties and careers belonging to a Chilean university. To achieve the objective by a psychometric study by confirmatory procedures a confirmatory factorial analysis (C FA) was performed to analyze the unidimensional proposal made with students of secondary education in Chile. The internal consistency of the scale was evaluated using ordinal Alpha. The results obtained with the sample of university students indicate a goo d internal reliability of the instrument (.87), also the data found support the validity of the proposed model. According to the above, the scale to measure specific perceived self - efficacy in academic situations preliminarily supports its use with other u niversity students in Chilean higher education.

Conceptualización y Medición de la Conducta Ciudadana en la Carrera en Estudiantes Universitarios

It is proposed the construct citizenship behavior in the university career, which refers to the voluntary participation of students in activities that favor the proper functioning of their educational institution. The research consisted of the validation of content and construct of a scale for this purpose. The exploratory sequential mixed-methods design was selected for this study. The qualitative method was used in phase one and a scale based on a Delphi group was designed with students, and another with academics. After that, interviews with both groups were done. In the second phase, with a sample composed of 243 university students, an exploratory factor analysis and a reliability analysis of the scale were performed. Results show a 14 item scale with psychometric robust properties, a bifactorial structure composed of the dimensions Active Participation in the Student Organization and Career Support. High reliability was obtained through the ordinal alpha.

Proceso de reconocimiento del alumno problema como legítimo otro de escuelas vulnerables

This research aims to analyze, from the perspective of teachers, the contradictions and tensions that arise in the encounter between vulnerable students and the schools official culture. The subjects of this qualitative research, of phenomenological inspiration, are eight primary school teachers from public and private subsidized schools of the Bio-Bio Region, Chile. The perception of the interviewed teachers give clear indications of a complex transition from the non-acceptance and rejection of students to their acceptance as legitimate others. The results obtained show that the co-construction of knowledge, desirable from the constructivist point of view of learning, is only achieved when teachers reach the stage of accepting their students as legitimate others.
