Las emociones en alumnos de ESO en el aprendizaje de contenidos en física y química, según el género

The personal development of the individual depends on both cognitive and affective factors. Therefore, the study of the affective domain in the teaching of science is necessary, since it influences the learning process. This paper aims to know and analyze the emotions experienced by students of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) in the learning of scientific contents of the subject of Physics and Chemistry, finding differences according to gender. The sample is constituted by 103 students Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) of a concert center of the province of Badajoz, during the school year 2013/2014. The results of this study show that there are significant differences in both positive and negative emotions, experienced by students according to gender.
