Also indicates that the CRAS, a strategic equipment of the National Social Assistance Policy (PNAS), is effect of crossing of diverse social practices, condensing into its emergency a biopolitical mode of management of populations, the neoliberal statecraft as art of government, the social assistance as field of knowledge and social practices and psychological practices. We point out that the CRAS can function as a control device and also as a field of production of deviations in social policies.

Caminhos bifurcantes na educação inclusiva! Inclusões e rebeldias silenciosas na Educação Pública

Ana Lucia Coelho Heckert; Ricardo Bodart Andrade

Ana Lucia Coelho Heckert

The article highlights the contributions of Michel Foucault regarding the notion of resistance. Resistance exercises denaturalize the evidence that make up our everyday lives. They are anonymous and impersonal practices that cause cracks in the modes of established existence and introduce new problems. The objective was to highlight the positivity of resistance exercises, differing from those notions that deals exclusively as opposition or reaction to a set up process. The resistances are unpredictable and outlines other modes of collective action, fray the limits imposed by printing new characteristics in the forms of struggle and in the practices that insinuate themselves amidst the clamping processes that degrade life. From the discussions made by Foucault, we say those resistances are disobedient lines to problematize the principles of ordering and preservation of life. Resistance exercises perform changes in the modes of existence, of organization and of direction of political participation, of uses of the city, of forms of work organization, of production of knowledge and of sociability networks. The article highlights the contributions of Michel Foucault regarding the notion of resistance. This article aims to share analysis on the ways of life of the homeless. The research encompassed three stages: the first aimed to get closer from the groups of homeless people to map the policies that cross the life in the streets; the second aimed to map the groups on the streets, highlighting the urban landscapes in which this population makes social relations; a third time we talked in more detail with some homeless people about the tactics and gimmicks that they weave in their daily life. Research has shown that the homeless population reinvents spaces and objects in their daily life on the streets, dodging bans and limits, re-signifying objects, places and uses, as well as producing various designs in the urban tissue. The survey also highlighted the practices of intolerance and violence against the homeless population, as well as the violation of their social and political rights.

A GLOBALIZAÇÃO E OS NOVOS MECANISMOS DE CONTROLE

Ana Lucia Coelho Heckert
