High Power Ultrasonic Oscillatory Systems

In paper the reasons limiting raise of productivity ultrasonic processes by increase of energy supplied into liquid technological medium of acoustic vibrations in a regime of developed cavitation are analysed. It is shown, that the solution of a problem is creation of special ultrasonic oscillatory systems with the increased surface radiation of multiresonant working tools. Creation of practical designs and research of their functionalities has allowed to confirm an opportunity of essential increase in power of ultrasonic technological apparatuses.

Designing of ultrasonic oscillation systems for technological devices

During the design stage, the modeling of a technological ultrasonic oscillator (UOS), combined with a step-exponential waveguide-concentrator was carry out. An analysis of the obtained modeling results and comparison tests of the constructed oscillation system, which was designed subject to the modeling results, verify the adequacy of the selected technique. The modeling calculations have adequate accuracy and allow the formulation of recommendations for ultrasonic oscillation systems development.

The information on possibilities and specificities of usage of a noncontact stroboscopic measuring method of amplitude is presented in the article. Results of the stroboscopic method comparison with measuring by means of a hour-type displacement measurer are presented. The carried out analysis allows determining advantages and disadvantages of examined measuring methods.
