Vladimir N. Khmelev; Sergey V. Levin; Sergey N. Tsyganok; Andrey N. Lebedev

In paper the reasons limiting raise of productivity ultrasonic processes by increase of energy supplied into liquid technological medium of acoustic vibrations in a regime of developed cavitation are analysed. It is shown, that the solution of a problem is creation of special ultrasonic oscillatory systems with the increased surface radiation of multiresonant working tools. Creation of practical designs and research of their functionalities has allowed to confirm an opportunity of essential increase in power of ultrasonic technological apparatuses.

Development of compact multipurpose ultrasonic technological device

Vladimir N. Khmelev; Igor I. Savin; Roman V. Barsukov; Alexey N. Slivin; Sergey N. Tsyganok; Eugene V. Chipurin

In this work is described the potential range of applications of ultrasonic technologies in conditions of small-scale enterprises and the problems which limit such applications caused by the absence of low-cost compact multipurpose ultrasonic technological devices. The problems arising during compact ultrasonic device development are considered, and possible solutions given. The engineering solutions applied during the design of an oscillation system and electronic generator, in order to increase efficiency, reduce dimensions and weight, simplify operation and expand the application range are described. In conclusion, the performance attributes and photos of compact multipurpose ultrasonic technological device pre-production models are presented.

Designing of ultrasonic oscillation systems for technological devices

Vladimir N. Khmelev; Andrey N. Lebedev; Sergey N. Tsyganok; Igor I. Savin; Vitaliy N. Steer; Maxim V. Khmelev

During the design stage, the modeling of a technological ultrasonic oscillator (UOS), combined with a step-exponential waveguide-concentrator was carry out. An analysis of the obtained modeling results and comparison tests of the constructed oscillation system, which was designed subject to the modeling results, verify the adequacy of the selected technique. The modeling calculations have adequate accuracy and allow the formulation of recommendations for ultrasonic oscillation systems development.

Method of ultrasonic liposuction process control

Vladimir N. Khmelev; Roman V. Barsukov; Sergey N. Tsyganok; Andrey V. Shalunov; Eugene V. Chipurin

This paper is devoted to the solution of problems of ultrasonic liposuction process control. The merits and demerits of an existing mode of ultrasonic liposuction process control are uncovered and a new mode is submitted. Realization of the given mode has allowed the optimization of the operation as a means for plastic surgery. Peak efficiency of ultrasonic action at different stages of carrying out the operation (maximum efficiency) is provided. The heat of the converter and the replaceable instruments is minimum.

Efficiency increase of multi half-wave radiators

Vladimir N. Khmelev; Sergey V. Levin; Sergey S. Khmelev; Sergey N. Tsyganok

The article presents the results of the studies aimed at the efficiency increase of the piezoelectric vibrating systems with multi half-wave radiators made in the form of the bar with variable diameter. It is determined, that the change of the form of junction between the parts of different diameters of the radiator essentially influences on the efficiency of ultrasonic radiation in liquid media.
