Abstract The anodic oxidation of α-keto and α-hydroxythloacetals provides an efficient way for the regeneration of α-diones and α-ketols, specially in the cases where chemical reactions are unsuccessful.

Role of amphiphilic surfactant in electrochemical and spectroscopic behavior of p-nitrophenoxyalkyl ammonium salts

Abstract Previously published results concerning electrochemical reductions in the presence of amphiphilic surfactants report two phenomena: potential shift and decrease in intensity of polarographic waves. Polarographic and spectroscopic data analysis is consistent with a bent conformation of the electroactive ammonium salt molecules in the double layer and micelles.

Quand ce materiau se trouve a proximite immediate de la cathode ou sont formes ces radicaux anions, le processus de reoxydation produit uric forme de catalyse redox.
