Secure Multi-Party Computation for statistical computations using virtual parties on a Token Ring Network

Durgesh Kumar Mishra; Rohit Pathak; Satyadhar Joshi; Arpit Ludhiyani

A novel Secure Multi-party Computation protocol for statistical computations has been proposed and implemented in this work. The described protocol is an enhanced version of our previous proposal of virtual party protocol. Here the system is implemented using a Token Ring Network. Secure Multi-party Computation is classically defined as a system in which computation which involves data from a number of organizations, is performed. Since each organization want to hide its data from other parties, this type of computation requires special security measures. The paper also describes the application of the protocol for secure banking computations, secure business process out-sourcing computations, secure surveys and other intricate statistical computations.

India – Israel Defense Relationship: Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis of Defense Companies of India and Israel

Arpit Ludhiyani; Satyadhar Joshi

When it comes to India-Israel relations, the most talked about aspect has been the defense relations. Here we have tried to study all the aspects of defense relationship and compared defense industries of India, Israel & US. After the establishment of formal relationship between India & Israel, the defense relationship has grown manifold. Israel is now the second largest source of weaponry for India. Analyzing this relationship was important. We have come out with the model which can predict how the future relationship can be for defense trade between the two nations. Defense trade and investment between the two nations is bound to rise exponentially. We have used three modeling aspects - Multiple Regression on EV/EBTIDA multiple, Projections of share price by Monte Carlo Simulation and Rank Correlation (current year). We find that contribution in multiple (based on MLR) is more from debt and intercept in the companies of Israel and USA. Indian companies are not very good in using debt as tool to amplify shareholder returns. We found that optimizations and controlling sales volatility for Israeli companies and right use of debt for Indian companies can increase the returns. Also we found that margin and multiple have remained stable and is not causing change to the share price as sales volatility.

Strategic Game theory models and commercialization for Nano RFID systems

Arpit Ludhiyani; Rohit Pathak; Satyadhar Joshi; Durgesh Kumar Mishra

Nanotechnology enabled RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been introduced in recent years but issues regarding their reliability, commerciability and application still needs to be resolved. The current market of Nano RFID is still in embryonic state which will be growing in the upcoming years if these issues are addressed. This paper explores the details of the commerciability of the Nano RFID System for various industrial applications. The formulation for Time for market and Game theoretical approach is modeled for Nano RFID systems. Nano RFID will be a very important tool and its application in Food, Bio and Banking explorations has been proposed in recent years which can be implemented using this proposal. Commercialization of Nano RFID system also depends on the knowledge and implementation of aspects such as device reliability of MEMS antenna and transponders. This idea has been derived from the earlier research done in MEMS reliability, multi scale modeling and modeling using HPC of the setup.

Tri-TTP based architecture for Secure Multi-Party Computations using Virtual Parties

Rohit Pathak; Satyadhar Joshi; Durgesh Kumar Mishra; Arpit Ludhiyani

In this paper, we have proposed a novel architecture for SMC (Secure Multi-party Computations). This is an advanced version of our earlier Virtual Party Protocol. The system is based on tri-TTP (Trusted Third Party) architecture. The classical SMC problem is a computation which involves data from multiple parties. The key is to keep the data hidden from other parties. The protocol also find its applications in many intricate statistical computations such as banking, BPO, survey, etc.
