This paper presents the development of a model of Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) with heterogenous vehicle fleet size and mix vehicle routing (HFSMVR). The solution is built using a heuristic approach, namely sequential insertion and 1-0 relocation improvement. The model considers aspects of multiple trips, multiple products and compartments, split delivery, and multiple time windows. The model is applied to solve the problem of fuel oil distribution in Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Based on the model of VRP HFSMVR, tankers with capacity of 2.000 kilolitres and 4,700 kilolitres are the solution for the distribution problem that gives minimum of tour quantity, total time of completion, and range of completion time. The results of this study shows that in the case of heterogenous fleet size, selected tankers were varied and not necessarily the ones with largest capacity.

The number of Indonesian SMEs and Indonesian Internet users are increasing. This situation is of concern to the Indonesian government. The government then launched a SME go online program with a target of 8 million SMEs using the online platform in 2019. One of the online platforms that SMEs may use in Indonesia is the online marketplace such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak and others. Previous research studied the factors that support or hinder the adoption of e-commerce in SMEs environment but had not explored how the interaction of those factors in the adoption of online marketplace. In a social system, the diffusion and adoption of online marketplaces in SMEs is influenced by socio-economic characteristics, personality variables and communication behaviours that exist and are acquired by individuals. This paper describes a conceptual framework for the development of an individual-based simulation commonly referred to as an agent-based simulation to understand the adoption by SMEs and the diffusion of online marketplace in SME environments.

The existence of inventory for a company is essential and unavoidable, but its presence is often regarded as a waste. Therefore, inventory control is an important thing to do in order to optimally fulfilled product demand. Pharmaceutical unit is an installation support for the Hospital to provide drugs. Medicine is one of perishable products. Recently at department of pharmaceutical logistic in a Hospital, there are drugs that were not sold for 3 consecutive months a.k.a deathstock due to its slow-moving stock, so that the drugs stored too long in warehouse and lead to great inventory cost due to large storage cost. Drugs which will expire should be return to the supplier with an average lead time of five months, this raised the risk of stockout and high opportunity lost on the sale of these drugs. It is necessary to control supply by considering probabilistic demand, expiry and product return so it can minimize total cost of the inventory. The purpose of this research was to determine the optimal order quantity of drugs and minimizing the quantity of expired drugs to return. From model development and numerical calculations can be concluded that the inventory model was developed on this research solved the inventory problems which has probabilistic demand factor, expiry factor and product return factor.

Rattan furniture industry become one of the leading sector in Indonesia where the biggest rattan processing center palced in Cirebon,West Java. However, there are some constraints in rattan furniture industry in Cirebon which include the increasing of competition among global manufacturers and the government policy that allowed rattan export lead to profits in the competing countries. Therefore, we need a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of rattan products in world markets. This strategy can be obtained by analyzing the value chain. The purposes of this study are to analyze the value chain of rattan furniture products and get the appropriate competitive strategy to be implemented by each actor within value chain. The method is carried out financial analysis, SWOT analysis, Diamond Competitiveness analysis, and analysis of Critical Success Factor (CSF). Object of research are companies which are members of the Association of Indonesian Furniture (ASMINDO) Cirebon that produced single chair rattan. From the results of data processing and analysis, the strategies that can be applied in suppliers are to establish a subsidiary in the available raw materials and merged with the company. The strategies that can be applied in the company are applying its labor costs per unit of product produced, the allocation of funds for promotion, buyers prioritize subscriptions, sharing information and innovation with the buyer, has a high flexibility in terms of quality and price, collaborate with associations and government in exhibitions, and merged with another company or with suppliers. While strategies that can be applied in buyer in this case wholeseller are to lower the price of the product, maximize promotion and maintaining good relationships with companies that already trusted
