A Influência de Redes Interpessoais e Interorganizacionais na Inovação de MPEs Brasileiras de Serviços

This study aims to identify the perceptions of entrepreneurs and consultants in relation to SEBRAEs service delivery about the characteristics, difficulties and specificities of the management of micro and small entrepreneurs who use consulting services. The method of data collection occurred through quantitative surveys with the completion of an objective questionnaire for the entrepreneurs, where they were collected at the place of attendance provided by SEBRAE and for the consultants qualitative analysis through an interview script, which were recorded and described for facilitate the analysis. In this way, data were extracted that characterized the entrepreneurs as gender, age and educational level, for the consultants time to act in the service and type of bond with SEBRAE. The specifics of the entrepreneurs were branch of the company, time in the market and knowledge about accounting, the company profile consultants, tools used and actions developed. The difficulties in the entrepreneurs vision are related to the strategy of selling and advertising and the economic crisis, in the view of the consultants represents the lack of planning of a business plan. The information obtained led to the identification that the perception that both users have of the consultancy offered by SEBRAE, is favorable for companies to remain in the market, so the guidelines should be followed correctly, not only the tax, but also the management.As startups, geralmente precisam de financiamento para crescer e estes novos empreendimentos frequentemente se voltam a investidores anjos como opcao de capital. Investidores anjo sao individuos com grande disponibilidade de recursos financeiros que decidem investir em negocios de risco trazendo frequentemente nao somente capital, mas tambem conhecimento e experiencia. O objetivo deste estudo e compreender melhor o processo decisorio de investimento anjo em startups, identificando e analisando quais sao os criterios de investimento priorizados pelos investidores anjo brasileiros em seus investimentos em startups. O ambiente principal de pesquisa deste trabalho foi a Gavea Angels, a mais antiga associacao de anjos do Brasil, e de forma secundaria, os investidores da rede de contatos dos pesquisadores. Em linha com grande parte dos estudos internacionais sobre o assunto, os resultados demonstraram que a despeito da importância dos criterios ligados ao mercado, produto e dados financeiros, os criterios priorizados foram aqueles ligados ao empreendedor e seu time de gestao, conforme segue: (1) confiabilidade/honestidade do empreendedor; (2) entusiasmo/comprometimento do empreendedor; (3) time de gestao; (4) expertise de dominio do empreendedor. Os criterios ‘resiliencia’ e ‘paixao do time’ foram os atributos mais importantes na analise particular do ‘time de gestao’The present study aims to characterize the profile of the Individual Micro Entrepreneur (IME), formalized by the Mei Cadaster program in Brazil, in the period from July 2009 to June of 2017. The Individual Micro Entrepreneur is a program created through complementary Law n ° 128/2008 to motivate the formalization of autonomous workers who were not inserting into the formal lab our market. The data was collecting in government statistics institutes (IBGE, IPEA, and IRs). The study analyzes the entrepreneur MEIs profile according to the state to which it belongs, characterized by gender, age group, schooling and acting area. The analysis also presents the evolution of the quantity of MEIs from the creation of the program. It is concluding that the exploration of the evidenced profile can assist in the elaboration of strategies for the uptake of entrepreneurs for the institutional formalization of the Micros undertaking.
