This is an experience report regarding crack users following detoxification treatment, which aimed to achieve a comprehensive treatment of human beings through spirituality workshops. Cultivated and created from the inspirations of the subjects themselves, the workshops are strategies capable of encouraging a revision of attitudes and behaviors, as well as to resume life based on new values and ideals. In abstract, the workshops aim to contribute towards broadening discussions on the theme, thus supporting the revision of nursing practice in regards to detoxification treatment, in addition to highlighting the need to conduct further studies in this field.This is an experience report regarding crack users following detoxification treatment, which aimed to achieve a comprehensive treatment of human beings through spirituality workshops. The aim of this study was to understand the perception of families about the actions developed by them in the search for social reintegration of their crack addict relative. This is a qualitative study conducted with 10 family members of crack-addicted individuals who were hospitalized in a detoxification treatment unit of psychoactive substances. Data were collected in April and May 2011, through the focus group technique and categorization was based on content analysis. Family members contribute significantly to the social reintegration of their relative, they feel co-responsible for their treatment, and therefore they guide them in the search for a new path. Families play an essential role in the life of drug-addicted relatives and are aware that they must be present in the relative’s life, constantly seeking strategies to help them and support them in coping with their suffering and treatment. REINSERCIÓN SOCIAL DE LA PERSONA DEPENDIENTE DE CRACK: ACCIONES DESARROLLADAS POR LA FAMILIA RESUMEN: El objetivo de este estudio es estudiar la percepción de la familia acerca de sus medidas tomadas en busca de la reinserción social de su familiar dependiente de crack. Investigación cualitativa realizada con 10 miembros de la familia de los individuos dependientes de crack ingresados en un planta de tratamiento de desintoxicación de sustancias psicoactivas. Los datos fueron recolectados en abril y mayo de 2011, través de la técnica de grupo focal y la categorización se basó en el análisis de contenido. Los familiares contribuyen significativamente a la reinserción social de su familiar, se sienten co-responsables por su tratamiento y orientan para que el busqué un nuevo camino. La familia tiene un papel importante en la vida del dependiente de crack y se da cuenta de que debe estar presente en su vida, en constante búsqueda de estrategias para ayudarle y apoyarle en hacer frente a su sufrimiento y de su tratamiento. This study aimed to explore the perception healthcare sector teachers, students and graduates from two institutions of higher learning in Rio Grande do Sul, on the generation of waste from healthcare services. It used a qualitative research approach, performed with 13 teachers, 18 students and 12 healthcare professionals, who were collected through a focus group. The main results showed there is a perception toward the importance of proper segregation and disposal of Healthcare Service Waste, also there is a lack of concern for the reduction of these wastes. Therefore, the issue requires a broader understanding of the environment, with a view of planetary sustainability, exposing needs to provide the healthcare professionals with knowledge and awareness of the importance of handling these types of waste.

This study aims the perception of the multiprofessional team of the Psychosocial Care Units of the General Hospitals of the 4th Regional Health Coordination in front of the Psychiatric Reform Law. Qualitative research carried out with 19 health professionals enrolled in the Psychosocial Care Units of the General Hospitals. The data were collected through a semistructured interview in the period of June and August of 2017 and submitted to the thematic analysis from which two categories emerged: possibilities for expanded attention and paths to be traced. It was identified the understanding of the care, on the part of the professionals, under the logic of the integrality. The professionals identified the stigmatization of the person with mental disorder and the consequent difficulty of access to the services of the network as obstacles to be overcome. It was concluded on the importance of the implementation of the Permanent Education in Health from the formation, extending by the professional life.

Objetivo: Compreender os motivos atribuidos por mulheres ao abuso de substâncias psicoativas. Metodo: Abordagem qualitativa de natureza fenomenologica. Foram entrevistadas 12 mulheres usuarias de substâncias psicoativas em tratamento no Centro de Atencao Psicossocial alcool e drogas, no Sul do Brasil. As entrevistas foram realizadas entre maio e junho de 2013. Os dados foram interpretados a luz da Fenomenologia Social de Alfred Schutz. Resultados: O abuso de substâncias psicoativas e motivado pela influencia das pessoas com as quais as mulheres mantem um relacionamento ou com as quais conviveram. Ainda, as perdas e os conflitos familiares vivenciados tambem foram como um estopim para o abuso de substâncias psicoativas. Conclusao: A assistencia a saude das mulheres necessita atender alem das demandas, na medida em que deve levar em consideracao a historia de vida dessas mulheres. Mulheres.OBJECTIVE To understand the reasons attributed by women to the abuse of psychoactive substances. METHOD Qualitative approach of phenomenological nature. We interviewed 12 women users of psychoactive substances under treatment at the Center for Psychosocial Care alcohol and drugs in Southern Brazil. The interviews were conducted between may and june 2013. The data were interpreted in light of Alfred Schützs Social Phenomenology. RESULTS The abuse of psychoactive substances is motivated by the influence of the people with whom the women have a relationship or with whom they have lived. Still, the losses and the family conflicts experienced were also a trigger for the abuse of psychoactive substances. CONCLUSION Womens health care needs to meet beyond demands, since they must take into account the life history of these women.

Introducao: trata-se de um relato sobre a construcao de um instrumento para encaminhamento do usuario com alta hospitalar de uma unidade de internacao psicossocial a servicos substitutivos. Relato de Experiencia: foi construido um instrumento com vistas a auxiliar no encaminhamento dos usuarios de uma unidade de internacao psicossocial a servicos substitutivos. Foi desenvolvido a fim de subsidiar o cuidado ampliado de acordo com a integralidade do usuario, bem como auxiliar na continuidade/adesao do cuidado a saude. Conclusao : as contribuicoes para a saude dos usuarios foram perspectiva de subsidiar o processo de alta e adesao dos usuarios encaminhados da unidade psicossocial para os servicos substitutivos, bem como, um mecanismo de responsabilizacao dos profissionais envolvidos no tratamento dos usuarios.
