The work considers the evidence based nursing as a new operational model that integrates individual clinical competencies, through clinical finding generated by scientific research and analyzes the inclusion of this practice to the actual nursing professional model.O trabalho discorre sobre a enfermagem baseada em evidencias, como um novo modelo operacional integralizador da competencia clinica individual, com os achados clinicos gerados pelas pesquisas cientificas, e analisa a insercao dessa pratica no modelo profissional vigente na enfermagem.

Ambiente virtual de aprendizagem na educação continuada em enfermagem

This study is a report of a learning experience that had as objective to describe how was structured the virtual learning environment Moodle for training at work. This is a semi-distance education project for controlling a surgical site infection, oriented to the nurses of a university hospital. The study was organized having as a base the interactionist Skopos Model and on humanist principles. The activities were organized on topics aimed at: informing and updating the central aspects of the topic; generating problematization of situations and extend the individual and collective discussion; promoting integration; and encouraging a joint development of a proposal for action. The Moodle resources helped to select the teaching strategies to update knowledge, to generate ideas, and to promote the integration and collective construction of propositions.This study is a report of a learning experience that had as objective to describe how was structured the virtual learning environment Moodle for training at work. Estratégias apontadas pelos docentes para o desenvolvimento das competências nos diferentes níveis de formação superior em enfermagem

Qualitative study carried out with twenty-two professors of public universities using semi-structured questionnaries for data collection. The study aimed at identifying the teaching strategies adopted by professors to build student competences in different levels of nursing education. The content analysis exposed the tendency in adopting a constructivist model and the intention of promoting pedagogical changes in the search for a different educational formation according to the level of complexity.Investigacion cualitativa realizada com 22 docentes de uma institucion publica de ensenanza superior, utilizandose un cuestionario semi estructurado para la recolecta de datos. El objetivo fue identificar las estrategias de la ensenanza adoptadas por los docentes para la construccion de competencia de los alumnos de los diferentes niveles de formacion superior en enfermeria. El analisis del contenido revelo la tendencia de adopcion del modelo constructivista y la intencion de promover cambios pedagogicos en busca de uma formacion educacional que se diferencia por los niveles de complejidad.
