Distance education is a mode in which the student acquires prominence throughout the teaching-learning process under which, the sense of responsibility, discipline and time management that holds much of the success depends on your academic background. However, the reality of this type of education has allowed us to observe that although implement these factors, students have the need to feel supported by the institution, especially knowing more closely accompanied by a figure so Custom not only alleviate their academic but also administrative questions. This research highlights the importance of tutoring as a tool to increase the efficiency of distance education at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico to support students in decisions about his career and his support improved student achievement through the figure of a tutor, based on the program already developed in the Campus of the same university.

This study approaches the subject matter of the management of these two assets taking a statistical representative sample of the organizations that are lodged in Valley of Toluca. The results and the obtained analysis derived from the statistical monitoring realized by means of survey to a representative sample of the population for the organizations in Valley of Toluca. Finally some suggestions are generated for the best utilization of the assets that represent the management of the information and the management of the knowledge on the basis of the realized analysis; to support the organizations to taking advantage of these assets of the organization to have a better performance in the changeable world of the global economy and the technology.

This study aimed to identify the pedagogical elements incorporating learning unit refers to the teaching of Differential and Integral Calculus for Certificate in Logistics in the distance mode at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) in this project had to incorporate a platform that could support studies in virtual format without diminishing the quality of education that is generated in the modality and whether privilege the benefits to be had in the distance mode. The study showed the feasibility of the proposed distance of the proposed studies, as well as the main activities proposed are listed at the end of the document and which will provide adequate human capital and prepared for this type were also identified. The importance and significance of this study responds to contemporary interests and curiosities of the growing phenomenon of Electronic Commerce. Recent studies based on data from the U. S. Census Bureau 2007, encouraging prospects augur making timely and topical issue for investigation. However, due to its recent emergence and continuous updating , has not yet been addressed in depth from the perspective of research in Science in Business in Toluca , therefore, is relevant to a proper analysis therefore its practical implications as being a Trade issue that affects not only all Business agents but large sections of the population. Therefore, the overall objective of this research is to diagnose the current situation of e-commerce in the Valley of Toluca and propose alternatives for a use that can generate competitive advantages for small business use.
