This article describes the design and implementation of a degree in Logistics in virtual mode, using a web platform in Mexico and showing environment from diagnosis and design of relevant educational degree as a settlement offer and the need to training in logistics, transportation management and management in the supply chain as well as the process of implementation of the program in distance learning as well as the implementation of information technologies for the development of this program.

This study aimed to identify the pedagogical elements incorporating learning unit refers to the teaching of Differential and Integral Calculus for Certificate in Logistics in the distance mode at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico (UAEM) in this project had to incorporate a platform that could support studies in virtual format without diminishing the quality of education that is generated in the modality and whether privilege the benefits to be had in the distance mode. The study showed the feasibility of the proposed distance of the proposed studies, as well as the main activities proposed are listed at the end of the document and which will provide adequate human capital and prepared for this type were also identified. The importance and significance of this study responds to contemporary interests and curiosities of the growing phenomenon of Electronic Commerce. Recent studies based on data from the U. S. Census Bureau 2007, encouraging prospects augur making timely and topical issue for investigation. However, due to its recent emergence and continuous updating , has not yet been addressed in depth from the perspective of research in Science in Business in Toluca , therefore, is relevant to a proper analysis therefore its practical implications as being a Trade issue that affects not only all Business agents but large sections of the population. Therefore, the overall objective of this research is to diagnose the current situation of e-commerce in the Valley of Toluca and propose alternatives for a use that can generate competitive advantages for small business use. The B lended-Learning is a form of learning which exploits the advantages of face to face education with methods and techniques related to the use of technology. It has high acceptance worldwide, as it has, apparently, the advantage of facilitating the teachinglearning process. This descriptive study, with a quantitative approach intends to diagnose the actual use of ICT in two populations (teachers and students) of four undergraduate programs and to determine the extent of the knowledge and use gap between both populations. The results were surprising: the gap of knowledge and use of ICT among teachers and students is minimal, being favorable for teachers.

ICTs today have infiltrated all levels of society, it requires education teachers that are positive and receptive to an era of technological change. This era is characterized by the application of all kinds of information that quickly become knowledge. This paper is the work is a study applied in the UAEM during 2009-2012, and is a strategic proposal to introduce an educational project for the integration of ICTs in the teaching practice, in order to promote independent learning and better research from the students.
