The B lended-Learning is a form of learning which exploits the advantages of face to face education with methods and techniques related to the use of technology. It has high acceptance worldwide, as it has, apparently, the advantage of facilitating the teachinglearning process. This descriptive study, with a quantitative approach intends to diagnose the actual use of ICT in two populations (teachers and students) of four undergraduate programs and to determine the extent of the knowledge and use gap between both populations. The results were surprising: the gap of knowledge and use of ICT among teachers and students is minimal, being favorable for teachers.
