Humanização no cuidado de enfermagem: contribuição ao debate sobre a Política Nacional de Humanização

This research aimed to identify and analyze the elements that constitute the representations of nurses and users about the humanization of care, and to discuss strategies that can contribute to the implementation of the National Humanization Policy. Twelve professionals who were working effectively in nursing care and fifteen users hospitalized adults participated in the research, all of the medical clinic of a federal public hospital. Semi-structured individual interviews were used to generate data, to which the technique of thematic content analysis was applied. The conceptions about humanization refer to social issues, which show the relationship between professionals and users in nursing care; and, also, to management issues, which show the difficulties in health care facilities to obtain a humanized approach. The discussion with those involved in the process presents itself as a strategy for the scope of the precepts of the National Policy of Humanization.

Ambiente e humanização: retomada do discurso de nightingale na política nacional de humanização

OBJETIVO: El estudio objetivo identificar los elementos constitutivos del concepto de ambiente en los documentos oficiales de la Politica Nacional de Humanizacion y analizar las relaciones entre ellos y la promocion de ambiente de atencion preconizada por la enfermeria. METODOS: Estudio cualitativo y descriptivo, cuyas fuentes fueron las once Cartillas Humaniza SUS del Ministerio de la Salud. Se realizo el analisis de contenido, tipo lexical, a traves del programa ALCESTE®. RESULTADOS: La clase lexical especifica sobre el ambiente como instrumento de la humanizacion evidencio elementos aproximados al conocimiento de la enfermeria sobre la atencion con el espacio fisico proveedor de conforto y bien estar y el acogimiento de los usuarios y sus familiares. CONCLUSION: Se concluyo que los elementos constitutivos del concepto de ambiente en la Politica Nacional de Humanizacion se coaduna con el pensamiento Nightingaleano, que sirve de base a los fundamentos de la enfermeria, a su ciencia y a su arte.

Environment and humanization: resumption of nightingale's discourse in the national humanization policy

Saberes de estudantes de enfermagem sobre a humanização

Representações sociais da humanização do cuidado na concepção de usuários hospitalizados

As Representacoes Sociais relacionam conhecimentos e ideias novas que se apresentam ao sujeito, com valores, ideias e teorias preexistentes e internalizadas na cultura, buscando a construcao de uma realidade comum a um conjunto social. Portanto, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar os elementos que constituem as representacoes dos usuarios hospitalizados sobre a humanizacao do cuidado. E uma pesquisa qualitativa tendo como sujeitos quinze usuarios hospitalizados no setor de clinica medica de um hospital universitario publico federal do municipio do Rio de Janeiro - RJ. Foram realizadas entrevistas individuais e observacao sistematica. As concepcoes dos sujeitos sobre humanizacao remetem as relacoes estabelecidas entre o profissional e o usuario no cuidado, e a politica gestora da saude-assistencia. Nesse sentido, a logica de construcao das ideias dos usuarios sobre humanizacao passa tanto por questoes de carater objetivo (gestao, mudanca nas praticas e comportamentos) como de carater subjetivo (empatia, relacoes profissional-cliente e questoes emotivas), o que indica que a humanizacao tem uma vertente mais ampla, que atravessa de forma mais geral os grupos sociais, e uma vertente mais restrita, que responde aos contextos situacionais das vivencias cotidianas dos sujeitos. Conclui-se que a humanizacao do cuidado tem estreita relacao com o binomio saude e sociedade, entendendo sociedade como o contexto no qual se inserem os sujeitos que participam do processo da saude, como expressao das politicas e objeto mesmo a ser buscado como condicao digna de vida.
