The present study aims to investigate the determinants of satisfaction and the resulting continuance intention use in e-learning context. The constructs of decomposed expectancy disconfirmation theory (DEDT) are evaluated from the perspective of users of a virtual learning environment (VLE) in relation to expectations and perceived performance. An online survey collected responses from 197 students of a public management course in distance mode. Structural equation modeling was operationalized by the method of partial least squares in Smart PLS software. The results showed that there is a relationship between quality, usability, value and value disconfirmation with satisfaction. Likewise, satisfaction proved to be decisive for the continuance intention use. However, there were no significant relationships between quality disconfirmation and usability disconfirmation with satisfaction. Based on the results, is discussed the theoretical and practical implications of the structural model found by the search.

This study aims to investigate the constructs of Technology Acceptance Model of Davis andDeLone & McLean Success SI as determinants of user satisfaction and the resulting intent tocontinuance intention use in a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). The research wasdeveloped from the quantitative analytical approach, through online survey in a sample of 192students of a course of business administration – distance mode – which uses Moodle as aVLE. The data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated by the maximumlikelihood method in AMOS© software. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and information quality are antecedents of user satisfaction in e-learningservice. Likewise, satisfaction proved to be decisive for the continuance intention use of thesystem evaluated. Based on the results, we discuss the theoretical and practical implicationsof the structural model found by the search.

Brazil is currently experiencing a moment of economic growth in which organizations are seeking new strategies based on integrated management models that allow them to become competitive globally. Therefore, public organizations have the need to implement new management systems, inspired on private initiative developments in order to satisfactorily meet the requirements of their internal and external users, such as GESPUBLICA program. This paper presents the results of a research project that tried to assess the degree of adhesion of CREA-RN to “Information and Knowledge” management, based on the Excellence in Public Management Model (MEG), adopted by the GESPUBLICA program. The methodological procedures involved the application of questionnaires based on items that comprise criterion 5 of the Public Management Evaluation Instrument (IAGP). Results show that the organization has technologies with strategic potential based on the efficient use of information systems and capable of promoting a culture of excellence. Knowledge is absorbed and validated in the organization, although there is restricted access to many processes and the information available in an integrated management system prevents employees to develop a participatory management environment, conductive to increasing productivity in the use of technology and to the achievement of the desired excellence.
