Objetivo. Las alteraciones derivadas del dano cerebral, como los sindromes afasicos, pueden desencadenar disfunciones en diferentes niveles de la actividad del paciente. La neuropsicologia de Luria ha sido la disciplina dedicada a la caracterizacion funcional y al analisis rehabilitatorio de los sindromes afasicos. Con frecuencia, a este analisis se incorporan datos recogidos con tecnicas neurolinguisticas y de neuroimagen (TAC, fMRI). Presentar un metodo de rehabilitacion que, basado en los principios de Luria, demuestre la ventaja de utilizar una evaluacion y un programa de rehabilitacion relacionados con un diagnostico para la creacion de tratamientos para la afasia motora aferente. Metodo. Se llevo a cabo un estudio de caso en una paciente de 30 anos de edad con reciente evento vascular cerebral, con evaluacion pre y postratamiento. La evaluacion inicial incluyo el diagnostico neuropsicologico, para el cual se utilizo una bateria de evaluacion neuropsicologica para valoracion de lenguaje. Durante un periodo de 16 semanas, se aplico un programa de intervencion rehabilitatoria neuropsicologica basado en las dificultades de articulacion identificadas durante la evaluacion inicial y dividido en un total de cuatro fases, con un objetivo especifico cada una. Resultados. Se observo aumento en la habilidad para articular fonemas, disminucion en las parafasias literales y un incremento en el lenguaje expresivo verbal del sujeto. Conclusion. La valoracion asociada al trastorno de lenguaje especifico de afasia motora aferente y el diseno de un tratamiento adecuado a las caracteristicas de esta alteracion ayudaron a corregir las dificultades de punto y modo de articulacion observadas en este sujeto, asi como a la reorganizacion de habilidades de pensamiento mas complejas.

Syntactic competence development initiates during preschool age, an important component on this phenomena is active verb utilization, and morphology-semantic-verb acquisition. Recent approximations have outlined the importance of cognitive dependency-interaction during child development, for example the importance of executive control for verb selection (mapping) and efficient verb-utilization; as well as the importance of verb-semantics for cognitive processing; however at the national and the international context, developmental studies on verb-fluency and verb-morphology during verb-fluency paradigms are to date insufficient. In this article a basic review is presented on the characteristics of verb active utilization and verb-fluency in preschoolers and older children, outlining the utility for the field of developmental neuropsychology.

Objective. Hypoxic encephalopathy effects in newborn children can be reflected in the inappropriate development of motor patterns that are the cornerstone of psychomotor activity. The main objective of this study was to systematize an assessment-intervention procedure in order to detect different types of motor. Method. 15 children were evaluated using Vojta and Hellbrugge scales. Three types of motor deviation were identified: hypotonic / hypokinetic motor pattern, hyperexcitable motor pattern and rigid motor pattern. A program for correction was subsequently drawn up, based on the principles of vestibular and proprioceptive stimulation to activate specific human postures and positions and reduce the identified motor deviations. Results. After 8 months of the treatment significant changes were detected in the organization of, after the application of the motor program ( t(15) = 8.37, p <0.0001) . Discussion. These results showed the necessity of the precise design of intervention procedures at an early age for the prevention of the occurrence of any disability.
