In the second experiment the different plant densities of E. chrysanthemoides pot (1, 2, 3 or 4 plants) in a completely randomized design and analyzed for the number of branches, number of buttons, number of open flowers and drought were evaluated, the average height of the branches, the middle notes of floral stems and closing the height of the vase. Observed a greater number and length of roots in 1.000 mg L-1 IBA. The density of four plants per pot is recommended to number 15

Among the currently most debated questions when it comes to the relationship between economic, ecological and environmental systems refer to associate economic values to environmental goods and process services. Environmental economic valuation is the identification of non-economic social values relating to the environment, thereby exerting its “incorporation” in concrete economic institutions. The present study aims to conduct a discussion on the topic of environmental economic valuation, in order to measure the activities that generate impacts on the environment through the principles of prevention and precaution, thus demonstrating the importance of values associated maintenance of life for the human beings as members of the environment, as well as their intrinsic values. The methodology used as the source for bibliographic research were books, articles and notes published in scientific journals in the area which include the theme. Thus, environmental legislation grounded in economic and financial activities proposed to anticipate the actions of environmental damage, with the subterfuge of environmental law in the form of the principles of precaution and prevention, which makes it the most efficient and practical environmental valuation. Therefore, the economic value of an environmental good, shouldn’t be a fine or environmental reconnections at their pleasure, as consequence of environmental damage randomly and without anticipatory planning that characterizes the act in fact caused. And, just a way to legally manage the projects, which involve and impact the environment, always seeking to mitigate its losses
