Maria Celina Peixoto Lima; Karla Patrícia Holanda Martins; Lorenna Pinheiro Rocha; Paulo Alves Parente Jr; Iane Pinto de Castro; Nara Morais Pinheiro; Mariana Domingues

Fundamentalmente, abordaremos as criticas efetuadas a partir do campo psicanalitico.

Maria Regina Maciel; Karla Patrícia Holanda Martins; Jesus Garcia Pascual; Osterne Nonato Maia Filho

This article proposes a comparative approach between childhood notions of Jean Piaget and infancy in Sigmund Freud, it takes as basic concepts the notion of time and moral in both authors. It claims to be possible to state, from a reading of genetic epistemology, that childhood will be transformed as we act and we know according to operative cognitive structures. However, according to psychoanalysis, it is possible to refer to infancy, also present in adulthood. The infancy escapes the rationality that underlies to that notion of Piaget’s structure.

Medical responsibility and implications for clinical practice

Gardênia Holanda Marques; Karla Patrícia Holanda Martins

Medical responsibility and implications for clinical practice This article aims to provide contingency and epistemological elements to locate and discuss, within the history of medicine, the question of responsibility in clinical medicine. Grounded in authors such as Foucault, Canguilhem, Scliar and Engelhardt, Jr., the issue of medical liability and its ethics is examined in the context of the requirements of scientific discourse, and especially in the context of current clinical practice. The findings of the literature review point to the clinical importance of listening in medical practice as a major benchmark for considerations of medical liability and the care dimension from a perspective that is not restricted to diagnostic practice. As it distances itself from the clinical medicine is in danger of losing what is essential in its work with each individual clinical practice for each case. This article aims to provide contingency and epistemological elements to locate and discuss, within the history of medicine, the question of responsibility in clinical medicine.

The present study’s objective is to analyze the creation, conceptualization, characterization, and functions of institutions from the following works of Sigmund Freud: Malaise in Civilization, Totem and Taboo and Group Psychology and Analysis of the Ego. Developed to regulate social life, the institutions – state, family, religion, work, media, and science – have assured a certain level of social balance from a consensus which makes possible the human common life – the basis for our civilization.Oliver Twist and the establishment of a Discourse on the Restoration of an increasing social problem: the ethnical, religious and cultural prejudice. The results show that Eisner’s work set up intertextual relations with that of Oliver Twist, providing a recontextualization of that work since it includes the voices silenced by Dickens, represented either by verbal or non-verbal language. It is worth mentioning that Fagin the Jew, as the result of a discourse practice of literary intervention, promotes a discursive change when it subverts the judgmental discourse into a parody devoted to restoration.Someone believe that before data and information clear and objective is reached by inference, to get inevitable conclusions. There may be objective information, whatever that may mean in journalism or outside. But it is easier to believe that they occur in physics, whose data would be observed by empirical evidence. The movements of the planets are observable. Ptolemy (85-165) revolutionized science to create a mathematical and geometry model to describe these movements. But this text will be shown that Copernicus (1473-1543), 1400 years later, imagined another model based on the same information and the same geometry. Therefore, starting from the same data and information are created two propositions with important differences. Both are acceptable because they worked well for practical purposes. All these information worth satisfactorily because of the theoretical conclusions. By themselves, they are just phrases. If so, good journalism is worth the conclusions, as in cosmology. Report is only a little more than nothing, because there is not inevitable conclusions. The knowledge of poets has been used, since Freud, as a source of materials for the clinical journey of psychoanalysis. In accordance with such tradition, the present work aims to investigate the role of humor in the process of mourning elaboration that show that the poet, when facing the inevitable disease and shortcoming death, made use of humor in trying to elaborate the unavoidable. Therefore, the frontiers between psychoanalysis and literature are briefly described, highlighting the general aspects of Bandeira´s poetry. We also analyse the figures of humor as well as the psychoanalytical elaborations concerning his relationship with the transitority, expressed in the state of mourning. This article analyses the felling of Friedrich Nietzsche, the opposition between “laugh” and “serious knowledge” respectable from the context historic from the Greek helade. The argument, in particular, we will approach it about laughter, it appoints around our researches, those who have been according or not of that body’s expression. In the case of Nietzsche, we could find a very enthusiastic person from the laughter, his theory about it will never let of having the unforgettable laughter of the greeks gods his particular mention. We explain and contextualize in this article some of the possible origins of fairy tales. Dissert also about its historical development and the elements common to all stories, and seek to analyze the figure of sleep in Sleeping Beauty, Charles Perrault version, in 1967, according to the concepts of symbols and archetypes. The choice of Sleeping Beauty came by a curious and almost childish interest: the possibility of discovering that through historical links and hidden meanings can we find what we captured when we were children. Better understand the construction and importance of fairy tales was a consequence resulting from the research process and contributed to the achievement of our analysis. Developing a critical view based on categories selected was crucial, because it was from that perspective we generate comparative relations between symbolic and archetypal concepts and elements contained in our crop. This paper deals with the Schooling Project set up to people serving sentences being followed up by the Alternative Sentences Execution Court of Fortaleza (VEPA) through an agreement between that Judiciary Unit and the Secretaria of Basic Education of the State of Ceara. For such, the Deprivation of Rights (PRDs) shall be defined as the psychosocial characteristic of beneficiaries of that intervention, followed by a discussion about the importance of Education of Young People and Adults in the social inclusion process. The difficult condition of employability and the con sumption of psychoactive substances by the beneficiaries will be the object of reflection which shall use both the experience of VEPA’s professionals and of members of the Human Rights League (NUCEPEC-UFC), pointing out the need for creative actions to be implemented sometimes through the very professionals from the Paulo Freire Education Center of Young People and Adults, venue of the Schooling Project, sometimes through the Social Network partners. After the six-year course into the Project, the Free Conference held in April 2009 shall be presented: “Alternative Sentencing – Building a National Policy of Public Safety with Citizenship”, which, aiming to collaborate with the formulation of public policies to be defined during the first National Conference of Public Safety has also made clear the critical and purposeful capacity of the PRD accomplishers. The need to create a partnership between VEPA and the agents of social policies with a focus on autonomy and mutual respect between these public agents is pointed out as an indispensable thing to achieve the social inclusion longed for while serving sentences.
