ANÁLISE DA PERCEPÇÃO AMBIENTAL E SENSIBILIZAÇÃO DE EDUCANDOS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL DE UMA ESCOLA PÚBLICA PARA REALIZAÇÃO DA COLETA SELETIVA, CAMPINA GRANDE - PB

This study aimed to analyze the disposal of solid waste generated in the Elementary School Our Lady of the Rosary and environmental awareness among students of Youth and Adults (EJA) in relation to the problem of Solid Waste. The teaching unit was selected because of its location and the fact that it has available to collectors for the implementation of selective collection in their respective colors: yellow, green, red and blue, but they were stranded in the schoolyard as the separation of solid waste was not occurring in a satisfactory manner, a fact that leads to the understanding that students, educators and employees of the school unit probably did not know and / or were not sensitive to the importance of the collection. After data analysis and verification of the lack of waste management in the teaching unit, was promoted moments of awareness, such as lectures and workshops on the issue of solid waste, in order for students, educators and employees know the difference between trash and solid waste, landfill and landfill, emphasizing the importance of selective collection and the work of collectors of recyclable materials to reduce pollution of the environment and reduction of natural resource extraction, as well as income generation.

A FECUNDAÇÃO ARTIFICIAL HOMÓLOGA PÓSTUMA E SEUS REFLEXOS NO DIREITO SUCESSÓRIO

The present article it is a bibliographical research aiming to address the existence of the inheritance of those born by methods of Assisted Human Reproduction annual effect after the death of the donors genetic material is approached is due to how the use of Assisted Reproduction in the Federal Constitution and the Civil Code, referring to some bills that govern the issue, as well as Resolution No. 1358 of the Federal Council of Medicine. Moreover, CF/88 ensures equality among all children regardless of their origin, not allowing the exclusion of such children to participate in the order of hereditary vocation. Moreover, it is also necessary to prepare a law that treats broadly the application of methods of Assisted Human Reproduction, in particular its use before and after the death of the donor of the genetic load. A RESPONSABILIDADE PESSOAL DO JUIZ PELA MOROSIDADE DA PRESTAÇÃO JURISDICIONAL

A responsabilidade pessoal do juiz pela morosidade da prestacao jurisdicional constitui uma problematica judicial, pois e direito e garantia fundamental a razoavel duracao do processo. A finalidade da pesquisa e analisar as condutas do magistrado, que provocam a infindavel solucao do processo, configurando grave violacao ao principio constitucional que garante prazo razoavel para decidir as contendas. A pesquisa tem como objetivo fomentar a possibilidade, determinada por lei, de se responsabilizar o juiz por perdas e danos, nos casos em que contribui com a morosidade do processo. Para tanto, recorre-se aos metodos: bibliografico, exegetico-juridico e dialetico. Pode-se considerar que, nao realizando as providencias processuais, o magistrado prejudica o bom andamento do processo, colaborando com a sua morosidade. Assim, verifica-se que as garantias constitucionais somente serao efetivadas atraves da tramitacao processual celere que culmine em uma prestacao judicial justa, eficiente e a razoavel duracao do processo.
