Liana Fortunato Costa; Maria Aparecida Penso; Viviane Neves Legnani; Maria Fátima Olivier Sudbrack

This text deals with the discussion of family conflicts, specially the destructive divorce, under the perspective of Forensic Psychology. We aimed at deepening the knowledge about the modus operandi of Forensic Psychology, of the interrelation of the Psychology and law professionals, of the complex decisions involving this subject, besides focusing on the characteristics of the processes which legislate on families in situation of violence. After a brief passage by the historical construction of the psychologist action in Justice, we comment on the separation of husband and wife which involves great disputes and which only has possibilities of agreement in the judicial context. We point to the need to work in order to preserve the best interest of the children and adolescents and to offer an space of affective and conversational continence to ex-married. We deem to be necessary to introduce changes to the academic formation of the psychologist and the law professional and to the Justice conceptions which must be directed to the care and citizenship of persons.

Abordagem clínica no contexto comunitário: uma perspectiva integradora

Liana Fortunato Costa; Shyrlene Nunes Brandão

This paper focuses on a category of intervention which is of clinical nature, although it occurs in a social/community context. We briefly discuss the concepts of clinic and community, so that the development of such intervention may emerge not from the juxtaposition or transposition of approaches, but, above all, that it gives the possibility of reformulating and creating new courses of action. We propose the definition of a practice which reveals an epistemology, which is situated in clinical observation as well as belonging to a context, group, family and political dimension, because it takes place in the complementary zone of interaction among people who are subjects of emotion and affection, however, social beings per excellence.

Ivonete Araújo Carvalho Lima Granjeiro; Liana Fortunato Costa

This research aimed at deepen knowledge in the Psychology/Law interface, involving an intrafamiliar violence situation. We tried to know the way of thinking of the various actors who participated in the decisions related to a process of sexual abuse committed by a father against two daughters. The context was a criminal court and the method was the case study. The analysis of the results followed the guidelines of the In-Depth Hermeneutics. The results were discussed in accordance with three sets of comprehension of the forensic psychosocial study function: To whom it serves? , When it must be made? And what subsidizes the judicial process: the evaluation report or the study? We came to the conclusion that it is necessary to promote the interaction among the various actors who complement their decisions in order to increase the comprehension of the reality surrounding the situations of familiar violence so that the judicial context may participate in the promotion of citizenship in these cases.

Liana Fortunato Costa; Niva Maria Vasques Campos

A qualitative research was developed with two adopting families, based on focal group interview conducted by the Adoption Service of a Childhood and Adolescence Law Court. According to the participants, the main aspects of the psychosocial study are: the way that families are evaluated; the importance of telling the truth to the adopted child; undergoing the psychosocial study during the process of adoption; the necessity of informative campaigns; the role of chance and of the divine in correctly chosing the child; and the trust in the technical work. The data indicated that the judiciary context can be an important catalyst of change, but it can also be the forerumer of arbitrary decisions, specially in Brazil, where inequality and lack of citizenship are still exist. Essentially, its fundamental to understand the judiciary context not as a context of limits, but as a context of possibilities.

We present an evaluation research of the participation of families, who received a notification and were handed over by the Justice, in the Multifamiliar Groups. These families passed by the psychosocial study as a consequence of having one child or adolescent in a situation of sexual abuse. Twenty eight families were contacted but we could only interview eight. Our objective was to focus on the relation among the families, among the internal groups of each family unit and among the families and the professionals present in the Multifamiliar Group sessions. We sought to know the benefits and limits of the psychosocial intervention. The evaluated changes occurred in the relationships with a higher physical contact with the children, in a higher conversation among the family members and in the acceptance of orientation from professionals. The results also indicated the need for creating leisure opportunities with the children/adolescents who were abused and for having time available to listen to them.We present an evaluation research of the participation of families, who received a notification and were handed over by the Justice, in the Multifamiliar Groups.

This article aims to outline a brief history of the research into Clinical Psychology, paying particular attention to the direction that this research is taking by way of a study centered around group relationships. We recognize the complexity in the therapeutic contexts that are presently available and which receive demands arising from increasingly larger groups, more expansive spaces and less specific environments. We can see that this history was characterized by a movement of flexibility in the clinical context towards accepting that the construction of meanings and senses that arise from the group therapy relationship, constitutes a valid source for discussion. Finally we would indicate the Sociatry of Jacob Levy Moreno as a proposal for the liberation of spontaneity-creativity which benefits the resolution of relational and social conflicts.

Liana Fortunato Costa; Viviane Neves Legnani; Cristiane Barbosa Di Bernardo Zuim

We discuss the matter of the complementarity between Psychology and Law. The text focus on the forensic psychosocial study of a custody request by a father over his daughter and involves connection with drugs traffic. This study provides an opportunity for the redemption of the value of Justice as an appropriate moment so that hidden meanings of family conflicts are clarified. The question is how the Psychosocial Area can guarantee the best interest of the child? We indicate the conception of father of the family, as the one who has a place and social responsibility. Justice claims for this father.

As relações familiares do adolescente ofensor sexual

Liana Fortunato Costa; Eika Lôbo Junqueira; Fernanda Figueiredo Falcomer Meneses; Lucy Mary Cavalcanti Stroher
