Ensino médio e educação profissionalizante em enfermagem: algumas reflexões

Este trabajo tiene el objetivo de analizar las politicas de educacion profesional, aspectos problematicos de cambios efectuados en el bachillerato en Brasil. De modo general, las legislaciones aprobadas manifiestan, interes de las politicas neoliberales, de los organismos multilaterales e implicaciones de la reorganizacion mundial productiva y de la reduccion de la participacion del Estado en las politicas sociales. Tambien se explica el modo que el pais se articula al proceso de globalizacion mundial, en un papel dependiente, mas consumidor que productor de conocimientos, perdiendo la oportunidad de conquistar su autonomia incluso en el campo de formacion profesional. A partir de las posibilidades mencionadas, por estas legislaciones, para la organizacion curricular, defendemos que la ensenanza profesional en enfermeria tiene que asumir una perspectiva tecnica integrada a una educacion general, ofrecida en el mismo espacio, disminuyendo el riesgo de una formacion minimalista y aligerada.Analyzing the politics of professional education and questioning the changes that have been introduced in the Brazilian high school system are the main objectives of this study. In general, the approved legislation expresses the interests of the neo-liberal policies, of multilateral organisms, and of the implications of the worldwide productive reorganization and of the reduction of State participation in social policies. It also mirrors the manner in which Brazil inserts itself in the globalization process, in a dependent role, more as a knowledge consumer than a producer of it, thus missing the opportunity for achieving its autonomy, including in the area of professional formation. Based on the possibilities that these laws offer for curricular organization, this article defends that professional teaching in Nursing should take up a technical perspective integrated to a general education and be provided in a single space, thus reducing the risk of a minimalist, superficial training.Analyzing the politics of professional education and questioning the changes that have been introduced in the Brazilian high school system are the main objectives of this study. Representações sobre uso racional de medicamentos em equipes da Estratégia Saúde da Família

Pesquisa qualitativa, descritiva e exploratoria, cujo objetivo foi conhecer e compreender as representacoes sobre o uso racional de medicamentos em tres equipes da Estrategia Saude da Familia (ESF) da zona urbana do municipio de Dourados-MS, tendo como aporte teorico o conceito de representacoes de Stuart Hall. Como tecnica utilizaram-se os grupos focais, e a avaliacao de dados deu-se a partir da analise tematica, modalidade da analise de conteudo. Participaram da pesquisa 26 componentes. Verificou-se que os profissionais destacaram papel curativo e aspectos negativos dos medicamentos. Tambem apresentaram representacoes acerca dos pacientes, relatando que nao compreendem o uso correto dos medicamentos, nao aderem ao tratamento e se automedicam. Nota-se a necessidade de implantacao de praticas educativas em saude para promocao do uso racional de medicamentos.This qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study was performed with the objective to identify and understand the representations regarding the rational use of medications in three Family Health Strategy (FHS) teams in the urban region of Dourados, MS, founded on the theoretical framework of Stuart Halls concept of representations. The chosen methodology was the focal group technique and the data were evaluated using thematic content analysis. There were a total of 26 participants. The professionals highlighted the curative role and the negative aspects of medications. They also presented representations regarding their patients, reporting that they do not understand the correct use of the medications, do not comply with the recommended treatment and engage in self-medication. There is a need to implement educational health practices to promote the rational use of medications.

RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA REPORT OF EXPIRIENCE INFORME DE LA EXPERIENCIA This work presents the process of building a subject named Educational Practice in Health Area, which has become part of the curricular program since 2006 and has been developed in the Nursing course in Campinas University, Campinas, SP. This study was accomplished by trying to put together Education, Health and Cultural Studies, going through these fields and keeping them connected to other possibilities of building up the pedagogical knowledge for the graduating nurse. During the classes important topics were discussed, such as conceptions of the human being, of the body, health, the education-health relation, among others. In this context, interlocutions were established to shake the paradigms, the speeches and the practice in Health Area. Hence, our trajectory towards the discipline enabled us to understand the historicity of Educational Practice in Health Area and the purposes that have guided them to support critical analysis in developing those practices.Este trabalho procura apresentar o processo de construcao da disciplina Praticas Educativas em Saude, introduzida no curriculo implantado em 2006 e desenvolvida no Curso de Licenciatura em Enfermagem da Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Campinas, SP. O percurso desse trabalho passou pelas tentativas de aproximacao entre a educacao e a saude e os aportes dos estudos culturais, atravessando esses campos disciplinares, sem perder o fio condutor de outras possibilidades para a construcao do saber pedagogico na formacao do enfermeiro. No decorrer da disciplina, foram abordados topicos importantes, como as concepcoes de ser humano, de corpo, de saude, a relacao educacao-saude, dentre outros. Neste contexto, estabeleceram-se interlocucoes com referenciais que movimentaram os paradigmas, os discursos e as praticas em saude. Assim, nossa trajetoria no pleito da disciplina possibilitou compreender a historicidade das praticas educativas em saude e os pressupostos que as tem orientado para subsidiar analises criticas no desenvolvimento dessas praticas.
