Postpartum primipara at home and associated nursing care: Grounded Theory

Objetivo: Interpretar como a puerpera primipara vivencia o cuidado no contexto domiciliar. Metodo: Pesquisa qualitativa, que utilizou como metodo a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, desenvolvida no domicilio de 16 puerperas primiparas. A coleta de dados ocorreu de janeiro a junho de 2011, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e observacao. A analise foi a partir da codificacao substantiva e da teorica. Resultado: Evidenciou-se a categoria central “Exercendo o papel materno pela primeira vez”, na qual as participantes experienciaram o cuidado ao exercer o papel materno. Discussao: Perceberam-se diversos cuidados realizados pela participante com o bebe, sua avaliacao como mae e a reflexao sobre aspectos relacionados a maternidade. Conclusao: Destaca-se a importância da atuacao do enfermeiro junto a primipara e sugere-se que sejam trabalhados na graduacao em Enfermagem assuntos relacionados a subjetividade da maternidade e a mudanca de papel vivenciado pela puerpera. DECISÕES E AÇÕES DE CUIDADOS EM ENFERMAGEM ALICERÇADAS EM MADELEINE LEININGER

The present study aimed to identify decisions and actions in nursing used in Brazilian scientific productions grounded in the Madeleine Leiningers Theory of Universality and Diversity of Cultural Care, which proposes that the nurse should use the decisions and actions of care for undertaking culturally congruent nursing care. It is an integrative review, with a sample of 12 scientific productions, from the analysis of which emerged two themes: utilization of the modes of care; and reference to the modes of care. The modes of preservation, accommodation and re-standardization of care were identified, the decisions and actions of accommodation being studied with greater emphasis by the authors. In spite of the small quantity of scientific productions, it is emphasized that the same allow the identification of decisions and actions of care, in addition to detecting their applicability in the nurses practice, as well as their adaptation in the search for satisfactory care for the clients. REFLEXÕES SOBRE O PROGRAMA MÃE CURITIBANA, A CLIENTE MULHER-MÃE E A METODOLOGIA DA ASSISTÊNCIA NA PRÁTICA DO ENFERMEIRO

This article presents a reflection on the Program Curitibana Mother instituted in the city of Curitiba, since March of 1999 and on the woman, as well as the different papers that it lives deeply It rescues the methodology of the assistance of Nursing as an instrument to operacionalizar part of the Program Curitibana Mother, guiding the planning, the execution and the feedback of practical its. We see the methodology of the assistance as a theoretician-practical link, considering the theoretician – the governmental program; e practical – the daily one of the assistance to the health. A link that can match singular beings, professional and customer, each one with its experience of life and luggage of knowledge, by means of a individualizada and not massificada assistance.
